This was some really weak reasoning on Laine's part. She soft pushes Thane a bit to start the game and then backs off. Not sure what to make of it, frankly.

As for Verb and Pral, they'd be 0 info lynches. Would be nice to wreck some wolves without too much town casualties this game, and we'd need to gather info to do so, right?

I'm all for clearing Zander already, but why bring up Verb and Pral like we're going to lynch them? They haven't even made a post yet in the game. Feels like a weird thing to mention. Second sentence in the underlined is odd too, it seems like you want an info lynch more than a wolf lynch. But you bring up Verb and Pral as if they're on the table.

Red: Still very undecided what to make of Laine's argument here - or at least - what the argument means for Thane's alignment. Perhaps her focus was brought to it because she is subconsciously drawn to the mentioning of a certain inactive player? 

 

That said there was a quote I deleted on accident where Laine points out that Thane wrongly addressed BFG on the matter instead of her. I don't want to underestimate Thane, and I sort of feel like I am tbh, but I'm not sure that sort of subconscious disconnect happens if Thane knows he was replying to a point his wolfmate (Laine) was making. Still really on the fence about this whole thing.

Dice carries this read all the way through D2 until finally Laine seems to give up. Not something I think he would do as a wolf to his partner, but my meta on him is probably severely outdated as well. Still - probably gonna lock Dice in for villa as well.

There are reasons I want to clear Thane but Laine's handling of him really sketches me out. Like big time. Talya seems pretty on point reading again but with the numbers dwindling I'm not sure I can continue believing her and Zander are v/v forever. I guess I could be misclearing Zander because he's been more "wrong" thus far scum reading BFG and town reading Laine, but I have hard time getting past the genuineness of his tone.

 

Unless Dice is just a ridiculously mean wolfmate I'm going to lock him in completely. He tunneled the crap out of Laine and never let go until she died - if they're wolves together I'm betting Laine was fuming lol. I would be.

 

Verb still a wolf and getting lynched next.

Ok, my thoughts

 

AJ - I think he has had a pretty solid town game so far

 

Dice - liked his tunnelling of Alanna, don't think he would do this as wolf, thought going for Verb bit was wrong, seems he was right.

 

Thane - has towny feel, need to go over his stuff again, because not that strong a feeling

 

Zander - haven't liked his tunnelling and lack of decent backup behind his reasoning. Alanna treating so towny makes doubt he can be wolf

 

Verb, he did feel more towny when he first came in, but since then seems to be arguing, how can he be wolf, he is so on his town game. No oroper reads on people. He is my lowest read still.

 

If I had to choose between Zander and a Thane after that, not sure. Need to review both.

 

I haven't forgotten BFG ...top of the pile no doubt there whatsoever <3

It's very unfortunate that Rand flipped town. And a vig, with an unused shot. Could have used that later on in the game.

 

Dice/laine interaction could have been effective distancing early game. But; i'll let it slide, seeing i'm the only one thinking that for the moment.

 

Suspicions are rising.... i think i've played the most townie game in ages, and still people think i might be a wolf. I strongly doubt that i'll be NK'd, just for the sake of being mislynched one of the coming days ( a scenario which i feel is already slowly being set in motion).

Assuming mafia still have a shot left and we're currently 6v2 then town have 3 mislynches/vig shots before mafia reach parity.

 

Claiming now removes the chance of them gambitting when they're closer to winning.

I disagree completely with the strategy. But meh. If someone were to cc me then town have time to 'deal' with us both before 'having' to choose. I'm happy to go one for one if necessary.

I try to avoid having a meta.... i hate that. I know, it would help clearing me as town if i always do the sale thing, but clearing people purely due to meta reading them.... i don't like it in general. People should play the game more, not rely on previous experiences.

 

Also, i think i have cut down my D1 fluff and do post more content than anything else for the moment. i'm trying to figure this thing out, but am having a hard time. 

 

OF you're really doc (i'm not buying it fully just yet) then the suspect pool would be smaller.

 

Where's Zander go, for instance? He used to be all over mafia games, but i can't remember recent posts?

Did Talya simply comment because she believes your claim?

Aj has me as second suspect... he should know better....

mixed at the moment. The case presented against him (linking with Rand and all) was pretty convincing, but i kinda liked his posts in reply to the accusitions. On the other hand, i know he could talk his way out of things. He's not cleared in any way to me.

If I die tonight, mafia had 2 shots left. means one of Yates/Pral/Shad was a town shot. Treat claims with a degree of scepticism, it's ~possible Rand shot Yates. (Rand has tried to gambit before, although I suspect he told the truth yesterday)

Seriously, I would like to hear more on Verb, it's getting on my nerves now that he doesn't answer any questions, just goes on about how can we not see him as town etc. I'm not going you or AJ today (well you never), I'll be upset if AJ is wolf. Zander hasn't been around much, so would like to hear thoughts from him too (though I think I can make a safe bet there ).
