I don't think NB is an SK. There was no need for him to claim the N1 kill, do a bad kill N2 (he could kill someone sketchy). Either he plays in the open and does vig like kills or h2 can stay hidden.

 

As a vig his actions make perfect sense however. This is pending ISO but i feel good about it.

Heart has done so little solving today it's almost criminal. Seeing that she's at L-1 she leaves little after thought in the event we're actually wrong and instead pulls unrelated quotes from her character as if that vets for claim or alignment. I think the choice is obvious.
