Obi-Wan moved through the night, sure that he was close to discovering another member of the Sith and their allies.  Turning a corner he spied someone trying their best to remain unseen.  So intent on this figure, he never noticed the other that crept up behind him and ended his life.  

 

Another strolled the halls this night.  Restlessness had caused him to take the walk which caused him to witness this murder.  As the assailant got away, he vowed to take up the job of trying to find out who was committing these murders.

Other suggestion was a back-up cop. Also possible. Struck my brain as something a watcher-type role would see though and it was possibly the first time they'd actually observed an action, thus nothing being seen before.

 

Note to self: in the morning look at the varients and see how likely any of them is. That was my initial impression, but then again I was wrong about how Durin died too.

Though, it's improbable but not impossible that he IS scum and the real SK is just being quiet because why counter claim Vig with the implications?

I also don't quite get the reason for the N1 self-protect.  Durin was practically lock clear imo, so saying you didn't protect anyone because you weren't certain doesn't make much sense to me.  I could see self-protecting as a way of preserving the doc role until later in the game, but that wasn't the reason Heart gave.  Also, given the amount of claims we have, it's conceivable that there isn't a doc.  I'm pretty ambivalent atm because I really don't like either the doc claimant or the mason claimants.  Going to bed now.

I believe heart, as a doc you always self protect unless you are 100% on the target.

Because I don't. If there's one thing that I think EVERYONE who has ever played with me can agree to it's this: I ALWAYS play to my win condition. There's no win for me in claiming masons with a scum buddy.

 

I really don't think there's anything else I *CAN* do besides wait for one of us to be killed to mod confirm the other. Obviously, I'd rather force scum to do it but at some point in this game it likely makes sense to just let the mislynch go through. That's why I'm trying to figure out how many confirmed Town we need to outright win. Figuring out the SK situation might help with the math because 1 NK vs 2 is significant. Even with a big lead.
