Laine is lock clear based on the lynches.

Sooh is a villager based on her intro (I just don't think she'd post that as a wolf).

Zander is a villager based on the lynches (even on D1, but like completely clear on D2) and his zeal.

Shad has just been very villagery all around.

Sili - I have all but cleared him on the beginning of D1. A sort of tone/approach I don't think he can fake.

Dice - I think his wolf game has improved a lot, but not enough to fool me.

Wombat/AJ - the D1 lynch push on Leelou

 

I sniff out the GF and scummate Verbal D1, Sooh has a good intro post.  Clearly we are equals.

 

Salami confirmed not reading anything whatsoever in this thread and just chitchatting in the moment.

3) Just because you don't understand that other players may make their reads with a different way than you do, it doesn't mean that they are wrong or dumb.

Mostly, yes.

 

You should read early D1 too, it's usually a goldmine, especially with known flips.

So, Sooh and Heart have 44 and 38 posts respectively. Dice has 55. All 3 have less posts than the mod.

 

yeah i mentioned the bottom end theory.  theres a wolf there like almost always

Whoa and a half guys! 30 pages since I left off last night. 

 

Can I ask that we don't rush this though? I was kinda stupid in Mass Effect and taunted Verb to vote for me early, and that really hurt town because they could have gotten so much more information in that day phase. I would also like to hear from them both (or all three of them) before a lynch happens. 

 

At this point I'm going to go back to read at least those two in ISO, and I'm sorta with Alannalynn in that if that's where we're sure to find mafia, that's the way we should go. 

 

Sili - I thought I explained fairly well why I didn't find Heart scummy until later. Do you need me to go over it again? Because I will if it helps you. 

 

At some point during this day phase I want to go over and make a reads list again, but I am feeling confident in quite a few town reads now, and that's good. I feel like we're doing well here.

Hi all. I apologize for making this brief appearance yesterday. My internet was horrible all day. I could barely open a webpage without having to refresh several times and those of you who saw me on skype yesterday know how annoyed I was by my internet. 

 

Im on page 50 and no. Verbal is the lynch. Sooh is just my pet project.

I should be flattered, shouldn't I? lol

 

Here now while gathering my reads lists.

Then 10.5 hours later

My reads as of now from the top of my head before I go to bed. This game is way too fast for me. I'm really struggling to keep up with it. The order of my reads isn't important. I'm just trying to sort through everyone so I have a place to start tomorrow.

Dude, I'm 100 pages [not posts] behind. Based solely on Leelou spew? I'm okay with them in the poe. I'll have a better idea likely this time tomorrow.

Also what you say is true that you're outspoken as scum but all wolves have the tendency to hide at points in the game. You're not making the typical splash you do as a villager and I take issue with that. Your D1 looks bad and there are questionable interactions with you and known scum. I will literally go through every game I can recall where you were scum on this website to fact check this.

 

Trying to come in and immediately thunderdome me for having very real reasons to suspect you and deciding I'm scum off one post is seriously terrible, Yates. You might be able to convince some of these other players but you can basically consider yourself outted to me.

 

Interesting note on this, Yates really was 100 pages behind.  I checked.  It was almost exactly 100 pages since he dropped out of active posting.  I doubt he would have gone to the trouble to verify that if he was following along while lying low.  So I don't think he was hiding.

I disliked the w/w bit at the end. It's like if Seph goes down and flips wolf she's [Talya] already looking to tie him to someone else.

If Seph goes down and flips wolf, isn't that EXACTLY what Town Talya should be doing? Finding Seph's wolf bros? Am I misreading something here??

 

 

 

obv im no expert lol but i decided to work on trying to show everyone im town first cause mislynching a towny is no help at all.  big game move and claims and solid reads will come in time imo.

Having just mentored him I can tell you that Seph actually has solid reads, good instincts, and great internal logic. I think people call him wolfy because he often misses some of the finer points that are obvious to people with more experience and he is unafraid to post anything and everything he's thinking - which is a super Townie thing to do that gets penalized here for some reason. The time to worry about Seph being a wolf is when he isn't posting with reckless abandon.

The other thing that's bugging me about Yates is that he's being accused of buddying but his "buddying" instances really aren't that condemning.  Unlike Leelou and Verbal, whose buddying wasn't backed up by anything, I think it's entirely possible that Yates was just making good observations.  When he defends Seph, he provides a reason why he should understand Seph's game better than most.  When he defends Talya, well, I can't really disagree with him.
