I wanted to do something different with this thread this year. Let's set shorter goals instead of a yearly resolution.

 

If it's a bigger resolution (is, losing weight), set a monthly goal to help you reach it. We'll do monthly check-ins to support each other!

 

 

So, if you have a big goal, post it and then break it down into a goal for January!

Lor's list:

 

Big goal:

1- lose weight.

2- keep house clean.

3- stay on top of things at school

 

January goals:

1- gym twice a week.

2- 15 minute daily declutter

3- keep bullet/reflection journal

4- cut out Cokes.

 

Progress as of today:

I made it to the gym once last week, because I was running a fever the second day. I am starting the declutter one this week. The bullet journal has been awesome at school. I keep a personal one, too! As of today, I haven't had a Coke or glass of sweet tea in 6 days.

This week's progress:

 

1- I haven't had a Coke since last Sunday. 10 days and counting!

 

2- I love my bullet journal at work. At home, it's harder to remember, especially when I'm sick. :-( Still trying.

 

3- I went to the gym once last week before the sickness set in.

 

4- decluttered a bit in my kitchen this evening.

 

 

 

What are you using to guide your meditations, Ryrin?

 

You can do this, Hairth! 4 classes is NOTHING!
