I love how you defend yourself with wifom irt Kivam's read on you and then next say that said wifom should be ignored because it's unreliable. I'll do just that.

 

When did Salamipot go from your top town read to your most likely SK candidate?

Kinda find it interesting that you'd assume Kivam of all people would toss out a random town read on a teammate for no apparent reason. 

 

I'd say AJ or Cass would be a better place to look, but I don't know that he'd be that obvious either.  Pretty sure everything Kivam said should be disregarded entirely, because hello WIFOM.  We're more likely to get clues to the last mafia from Yates and Krak.

 

Hallia's analysis looks pretty legit, I can see where she's coming from - but if Thane is right, and he's being set up, my gut tells me Nyn is a good place to look for the final mafia.

 

DesLami is my top pick for SK right now.

 

Have to run to the bank on the way to work so I'm out of time for this morning.  I'll see how I feel tonight and elaborate more.  I'll try to catch any questions for me later, if there are any aside from people implying I'm scum for being inactive and/or being wrong.

 

 

Why should we disregard Kivam's spew and look into Yates and Krak spew? You either think spew is wifom or you don't. You can't cherry pick who's spew to look at. This is just an off post.

 

Look, Kivam's reputation aside, from all the scum he's the only one that got lynched by town. Ergo.... he didn't play perfectly. He got caught. Which means we could possibly find something. You wanting to forgo even trying but feeling dandy about looking in Krak and Yates spew makes zero sense.

I think Kivam and Yates are both good enough to leave false trails aplenty. Analyze people's interactions towards them more than their stuff.

 

Also... We need to find the SK. Unfortunately the approach i could think of so far was that the SK would not wanna stand out. Not do the seer cover for instance with there being too few to go down that road (which was kind of bad btw). Then i realized the only cover seer left aluve is us... Which gives me no new info.

 

Hally... I dunno if she would pick godfather. I still believe BPV makes much more sense. Iffy there because if anyone missed a night action: she might have. Dont really wanna go down that way but it keeps nagging at me. Still. She could have easily sent her kill in in advance. Also going online at a pre-given time would be doable for like everyone.

All three flipped scum didn't interact with each other a ton, so last wilf will prob be a slanker that didn't discuss the others much imo.

As for SK, eh I'd rather reexamine first. Game could be wrapped up soon tho

Best approach i tjink is that Vig should only claim if in danger of being lynched and enough time left for cc's. That way we can make sure the scum or sk dont get away by fake claiming and ensure that our named townies are used best (for those not knowing the term: named townie is a role that's sure to exist in a setup - basically something that is unique and thus cc ensures catching scum if fakeclaimed. Our vigs are more ofc: they can kill too)

I like Hallia's vote, personally. Kivam was at the lead in the tie due to voting timing. She had an open shot at voting AJ and shifting the lynch in that direction. Instead she added another vote on Kivam, even though it wasn't technically needed. As scum I would have expected her to either pile on AJ or miss EOD and not show at all.

 

I got an important question: Krak arrived close to deadline. He could have voted anyone. Why did he not ensure someone not Kiv got lynched?

 

Could someone check that out? It's weird.

@Salami, TBH you hunt for an SK the same way you hunt for the final mafia member.  There's nothing less that distinguishes them save for a lack of past interaction with other mafia.

I did D1 and didn't on D2 because class got held over.  Planned on it being my last post of the day though it's moot now.  D1 peek was DPR town.

SK has no team. I think I'd play it the same way as I do play town. That's what scares me.

Really there isn't a ton to do beyond playing the game like normal.  The only difference is that the SK would have wanted to play to the middle of the pack and is more likely to end up there than mafia because mafia has teammates that we can link them to if they messed up.  I'd also say that an SK wouldn't be inactive since they have to have submitted their kill each night and couldn't rely on a team to do so.  That's about it in terms of marked differences.  Anything else depends on the player I think.
