I thought about a Manic Vig role before, kinda like the soup kill from VS Hunt. Vig starts shooting on a night of his choosing, if he hits scum he gets another shot... and it repeats until he targets a townie and dies.

Well it wasn't really a normal mafia game.  They were kinda run for a change of pace.  You don't actually "lynch" people.  You test them with a cross.  Townies survive, vamps die.  But the vamps get a recruit every X amount of hours or whatever.  Usually the deadlines were timed so that you probably wouldn't get your first vamp until they had recruited once or twice.  The usual technique was to just test straight down the list., but sometimes people changed it up.  In that game, one of the players picked an unconventional target as like the first or second test and told people to sheep him.  And people did because there wasn't much risk as long as you got the votes quickly.  Hit the vamp.  Game over like a couple hours after it started.

"From downtown" -You pick your NK target at the start of the day phase.  Successful scum shot results? ->

"Heating up" - Regular vig shot.  If you hit town, you're vanilla.  If you hit scum ->

"He's on fire!" - Choose your target.  If they're town, they survive (townspewing them to you) and you have to skip another night phase before shooting again.  If they're scum, you get another shot that night
