Verb who are the two players you think are most likely to flip scum and why?

 

I think one of Dice or Thane is scum.

 

I already spoke my piece on Thane, and acknowledge most don't agree with me.

 

On Dice, it is 2 things:

 

1.  the aggressive tone to start the game

2.  he said Thane was his strongest read, but then later that day agrees with Leelou in casting suspicion on Thane re: white knighting you

Interesting due to them being non consensus suspects. Can you explain to me again why Dice being aggressive is scummy for him? Do you have any prior basis for that connection?

My last few games with Dice had his as town, and I found myself:

 

1. agreeing with his reads most of the time, and

2. never really finding any inconsistencies

 

I feel like the above situation where he's not being consistent on Thane is suspicious.

I've already explained that I've hard cleared tom straight out of the gate in over ten different games so I don't know why people are still trying to use that as evidence for me being scum.

im leaning town on manbat hes been transparent about the way he plays and refuses to change his reads despite pressue about it

 

im carefully leaning town on yates/leelou. mostly cause im paranoid yates is tricking me tbh. i agree with AJ that his opening posts to us were townie yates posts and he has been agressive and pushing things.

 

im putting AJ at null. i didnt and still dont like that response. he finally comments on my vvote in a way that is positive to me. it is a very typical AJ way at looking at my posts he prides himself a little on being able to town read me easy but i can see 3 reasons for his reactions. 1 he's scum and trying to buddy me into being like monstr and being soft 2 hes scum and isnt worried about the vote cause its just one vote and its by someone with no clout or 3 hes town and isnt worried cause he figures i will see his townieness soon enough.

 

im leaning town on corey hally mostly cause of hally actually. We have thought along the same lines a couple of times and she totally read my mind earlier

 

thane may just be my strongest town read. probably a strong lean. ive seen him put his foot in his mouth before and get lynched and every time he was town. also i think he is more nervous and tentative as scum

 

im leaning scum on verb and arsis.

 

arsis just seems to be taking pot shots from the sidelines

 

verb is a gut reaction to his intial reaction to thanes foot in mouth. im willing to hold off and see more from him

If you don't consider the arguments gameplay then I guess that's unfortunate for you. What I have to say is extremely relevant to this game and something I think is more likely to come from a wolfy Tom than not.

You can't just continue repeating this without trying to adjust your read as I post.

you spent a lot of time this game saying how your scum and town games are the same. If thats the case you should expect to get mislynched a lot.

your an idiot. Towns lynch Doc claims in these parts remember?? having a role does not automatically save you. Especially if that role has a scum version as well.

 

Rather then rely on your role how about you prove your town? You were asked for your top 3 scum reads. did you give it? No. You just started insulting people. a lot of what you have posted in reply to people doesnt really say anything. they just come across as some diplomatic non committal i can twist this my way later word games.

So, I'm starting to get a white knighting feeling from Thane on Tommy. I particularly did not like his dare for us to lynch him after Tommy flips town.

That is the inconsistency I noticed.  Not the biggest thing in the world, but I'm ok with it for D1.  I would be ok with either Thane or Dice lynched.

@Tommy:  you mentioned before you thought Leelou and I were both scummy, which suggests we are a scum pairing yet again.  Any update on this?
