Why bother blocking me? I can't self jail. At the moment I'm their designated mislynch. Better question is why they didn't block me and kill you, and that's something I'm not sure on. It's possible they withheld their kill as they still need one mislynch and one kill and it's easier for them to win on a nightkill, but that's pointless speculation at this time.

From day 3 on,

 

 

I started over and considered new reads since there was a strong possibility I was wrong about my last core, and I'd gone 3 or something real life days without adjusting it much. and there was the hallia shtick too. It seemed like as good as time as any.

 

i removed desp from the core to start with, mostly ignored him afterwards, and it grew on me. desp isn't nearly as hard to handle when he isn't attacking you non-stop, and he seemed more town for it. my current thinking is, in retrospect and regardless of his alignment, being pestered by arsis, him, others, probably mucked up my reads.

 

i thought he had a few good points on verbal, some less than reliable, but as i checked i didn't see anything from verbal that strongly defended himself itt. further in his game as joat, verb's tone did strike me as less rigid. I even checked beginning middle and ending sequences of the iso to gauge a little of thread flow. verbal flipping town was a let down. i remember being a little disappointed in myself, then double-took. as i was responding to hallia, and a little before, i considered the case that his mislynches were convenient for scum.

 

anyway his aggressive push on dice, then key, pinged me as something scum might do at mylo. the fact that we could lose if he was wrong didn't deter him, though it should probably be said that desp will be desp. see my signature*

 

i think the context and how he supported his role claim was a little bizarre, last minute, and contrived. the story he tried to sell felt slapped together.

 

but all that said, at the moment i don't know who to believe because despot had some sincere posts this morning (still do not like his mylo vote but whatev.), and everyone thinks bfg is scum over desp for some reason. And full disclosure, I want desp to flip scum, and I kind of disconnected from this game overnight, so yeah... compensating for my bias I think desp is barely believable. i do feel his doc claim was desperate, but considering as scum he's throwing all his town equity at bfg he'll die in the aftermath. so if his team has less than 4 players then his play makes little to no sense, and aj was a serial killer so the chances of their being 4 wolves aren't very high in my experience.
