Yeah but I've been working to maintain/lose and not gain muscle as of late. So my bench is stuck at 275lbs. I haven't been squatting consistently so that is stuck around 315ish. And I haven't bothered to deadlift for weeks now.

I'm trying to lose weight still. I do sort of low weight (for someone of my size, i'm pretty broad shouldered) and have managed to drop two pant sizes in the past month.

What have you been eating?

I have a 405 deadlift but I'm almost spot on with you on the other lifts. I have a little bit on your squat and you have 5lbs on me in bench.

Multi-colored tank tops?  I don't even.  Apparently I'm Cory's favorite item of clothing, so I'm his motivation for losing weight to look good in me.  Cory in me makes me feel sick.  And slightly aroused.

I don't actually care much about weight, I just want my 6-pack back and I want to be able to dunk again.  It'll require some more ankle rehab and prolly another 10lbs down, but I'll get back.

@TG - not reading your role pm is an unfair advantage to you in this situation regardless your alignment but especially if you are Mafia (you are not entitled not to know your partners)

I disagree. It makes no difference. Just reset your read [which I acknowledge is a little more challenging than reading a fresh new replacement] and go from there. This is a weird angle, Csarmi, and not worth pushing.

Agreed. I'll drop it. I'm just pissed probably that my unreadable is back in game.

I started with bench not even being able to do 200.  This program is what I've been using since.

I dont' know what to make of TI's flip because I expected a scum flip and I was going to roll a scum team of TI/Yates/Darthe/SP.  My other scum team was TSB/Tommy/Manbat/Dice especially with Tommy's mistake/defense of TSB, but now I know I'm town so that is blown too. 

 

Right now WTL between SP and manbat based off the fact that I really can't remember much of them from a gameplay perspective.

I eat like normal but I cut out 90% of my breads, all soda and most of the ranch dressing (my addiction).  To be honest, with a fair number of fruits in the morning, a couple of lettuce wraps and whatever else I want in the day (veggies, a meat, etc, maybe a yogurt as a sweet treat every once in a while or a cup of hot tea) I am more full than I ever was before.

Weight is big for me for now.  I've only lost like 15 lbs but I'm gaining muscle and am so much more fit than I was.  If I can lose another 25 or so I don't think it will matter anymore.  Dunking will prob never happen for me.  I'm 5 ft 9.

Dat feeling when you put 4 plates on and the bar is bending over your back.  Old photo from when I was more serious about my squat.

I still have that odd gut tinfoil about Dice/Des/Salami and an unknown that's back now that Salami isn't a PR.

TBH I could only ever dunk a small ball (girl's ball).  But after my ankle injuries I've been reduced to barely grabbing rim.  I'm 6'1" tho so the couple inches make a big diff.
