Tommy Train Analysis:

Rand:  Reasoned vote.  Looks like an honest effort to hunt.

Darthe:  Slams Arsis' tone as he doubles up the Tommy vote.

Dawn:  Poor explanation with a simplistic rationale for jumping on the train.

Hoof:  Votes Tommy, the peels off after Nolder explains Mynd's history of using thread info for writing scenes.

Dice:  Too easily ready to go after low hanging fruit while chastising Hoof for peeling away.

Vos:  At least mentions that possibility that Tommy is trolling the thread but then votes him for popcorn.  lol...sounds like something I would do.

Tina:  Provides useful commentary on Red, Nolder, Tommy and Arsis.  Appears to hunt.

From these voters I can see Darthe, Dawn and Dice as scum looking to advance a lynch toward an obvious troll.  Funny how he charged me with that same crime last game.  Looks like he can use the troll technique to scum hunt as well.

Solid.

Reason for vote change is I saw wombat wioted a Vos post that looked better reasoned than his eventual vote on me and I am sponging AJ somewhat.

Just a heads up on Dawn, and this in no way excuses it, but thats kinda her MO. Id like something abit more convincing before jumping on that train. Everything else looks solid though.

Q: Whats the current VC look like? Know Tommys train but no one elses atm.

How do you feel so strongly? What made you think so?

Are you really curiously asking me this or are you just trying to appear interested? I'm having a difficult time deciding which it is.

Maybe Wombat is Galactus.

IRL

Maybe Wombat is Galactus.

That would positively ruin my day.

The evil Galactus of death will eat your solar system?

I'm interested. Because with Darthe you said that what he said was bad. With Tina you seemed to find something off. To me you found something off with both of them.

Plus, the vote came after quite a few people came and said he looked bad. So why Darthe and why now?

There are two things conflicting me right now, Tommy. You could be a jester using Galactus as a fake claim to get lynched. But there is something else too.

This is a 24 player game, I'm guessing lynch is 13 players. You need 6 more votes to be lynched. If you were Jester, you would not have needed to say anything. There are bound to be some more sheep who would follow others. Or you would have thrown the thread into more confusion.

Or you could be scum like some others believe. There are two trains of thought here-You are a townie who was trolling. Or you are scum who tried to be too smart. On normal occasions, I would have gone with the less obvious-that you are town. But from my game, scum can execute dumb moves and pull it off because town thinks scum wouldn't be that dumb. I'm Wifom'ing myself here but I like this puzzle

X's game certainly proved Tommy likes to troll town as scum, if nothing else.

Second of all if I'm scum I don't "deflect attention from teammates" on day friggin ONE. I push townies. BS reasoning is BS.

[v]Vos[/v]

You made a really wierd-ass move there claiming Galactus. It was worth looking at from several directions, including the fact that you might be a lynchproof scum drawing votes. It wasn't my conclusion, so I dunno why you picked one and use it now.it seems everyone has a role and everyone is pretty buffed up (and also: Mynd) so nothing surprises me in this game.

[v]Vos[/v]

Logical fallacy. What you would or wouldnt do as sxum is WIFOM since you could do anything.

Also this. Meta-defense invalid.

Tommy, the reason you're voting Vos is because??

Because he's full of crap and appears afraid to take a hard stance on it with his popcorn end statement. It's the classic scum hem-haw, like he could jump off if needed because he's not really serious about voting me.

I'm all for jumping off at some point. But I made you a promise to vote the first person to say or in other ways indicate they were leaning back, watching town tear itself apart while eating popcorn.

Well, here is to sooner than later

[unvote]

I'm super-paranoid about Tommy after he was howling his lungs out as scum in X's game, and people just let it pass. I don't see why he is trolling, nor bringing so much attention to himself is a pro-town move, but my gut says he isn't doing it as scum. I don't see the pro-town motives but certainly not the scum-motives.

I don't see too much value in analyzing the Tommy-train though. Sure, scum might have seen some opportunistic possibility for a cheap mislynch there - but with the amount of troll Tommy laid out as groundwork, they might have spotted the trap and kept away while confused townies piled on.

Abit annoyed this has taken so much attention now.

Caught up. Still think Rand's post is scummy with a tinge of self-conscious.

[v]Rand[/v]

I thought Rand was super bad at being scum though? I was judging him solely on word count.

He's got better at it since his legendary fail.

Also,

Arsis and Rand noted.  Sorry, Thanos will not be in this game.....until the post credits.

Also, I am legally not allowed to include any X-men nor am I allowed to refer to Quicksilver and Scarlett Witch as "mutants" per the mafia rites that Verbal has over the X-men Mafia Game franchise.

If you are a fan of the comic or the Avengers film franchise, then you will surely enjoy this game.  A few surprises too.  Maybe even some chimichangas!

NotBob, what useful comment did Tina ?make on Tommy

meh...same crap as the others as far as Tommy...easy vote for her to make there...but she does offer some commentary on others...which I read as a hunt...or at least an attempt to keep the commentary up to date on some of the other story lines...so she's in my town pile at the moment.

I like Mynd´s scenes but since I don´t know most characters names they doesn´t give me any clues. Not sure if they are meant to or not.

I´m most interested in  Red, Nolder, Tommy or Arsis.

Red - the way she went after X for lying about the pr and then continue to go after him even when that didn´t turn out to be true.

Nolder - I don´t know why he is having this attitude that everyone here sucks so it´s no idea to play until we have some deaths. Makes no sense as game play as either town or mafia, unless he is mafia and try to cover for someone that has been suspected. Eh, I don´t know about him but I´m keeping my eyes on him.

Tommy - well, as you have said, he has claimed a character that should be considered evil.

Arsis - he jumped on Nolder when he was in the center of everyones attention, accused him for lying (I´m not sure what lie he is talking about) but didn´t vote him.

Was waiting for this sort of comment as well. Several of you saw last game how Darthe fake claimed a cop guilty and I went along with it as if I believed it completely. But I don't think MOST scum go that route.

So would scum be more likely to join in or just ignore my Galactus claim because they likely know it isn't true?

Not sure. I bet both happened.

I mentioned why Darthe before. I don't see town him ever taking me at face value with a semi-apparent joke claim and saying we have to lynch me for it. Just... can't ever see him doing that.

His town response would be him laughing at the idiots that believed me.

If I was in the situation, I would split. Some believe and some ignore. That way whichever side ends up looking better is safe and there's an alright amount of distance between the groups so long as you take care to avoid any obvious linkage between them.
