Yes, communicating with other players about the game via PM is allowed.  I would prefer to be included in the conversation; however, it is not necessary.  Just keep in mynd, do you really trust who you are chatting with?

 

Also, don't forget your lanyards!

why does the time stamp on the one you cut and pasted say 11:11pm and the quotes one say 12:41pm??

Firstly the 11:11 timestamp is the actual time when I received mine. And since it is cut and paste, it shows that.

 

For the second one, you will have to look at Mynd's quote not mine to see the time which sent it in. Which is also 11:11 pm for me.

 

To clarify, I live in Bangalore, India. The time zone here is GMT +5:30

meh think what you want. i was on him about the PR inconsistencies well before he posted those. to me, the alterations of the time stamps are just another example of his story not adding up.

 

 

like i said, i dont doubt he got a PR, he did the ### thing and from what i've seen everyone whose done it and checked back in has appeared to have gotten one of some form. my push comes more for trying to find out why he's lieing about it.

And his dig on Nolder is pretty opportunistic.  

I can understand playing the field, but you don't ask two girls out in front of each other.

Also 4 reasons is kind of a lot to give as possible reasons for Red's behavior.

Scum!Hallia tends to get more "aggressive" early on. Town!hallia coasts on one-liners, lack of info, and jabs.

But, like I said, a meta-read. I admit my reads are flimsy, atm. So how do you think commenting on that will

help you determine if I am scum or not??

This might have been true for some games, but I don't think her early game chatter is strongly correlated to her alignment. We were scum/scum in the last game and she was barely ever on-topic. More important is her long-term participation trend. The less she says as the game goes on, the more likely it is she's scum.

The sun was just cracking over the horizon, giving the sky and everything around the SHIELD transport an orange glow.  Agent Barton adjusted his shades while Agent Romanov watched Captain Steve Rogers touch base with central command.  For the first time in a long while, she smiled. 

 

"You're doing great work out there, Coulson," exclaimed Steve Rogers into his wrist communicator, "I'm very proud to be a part of this new SHIELD.  You've assembled a great core team.  Which reminds me, how is the young man we pulled out of the water?" 

 

"Agent Fitz?" Coulson's voice buzzed, "We are.....optimistic about his recovery.  Dr. Pym and his wife have been extremely helpful and Simmons has been by his side the whole time.  I can't lie to you, its wasn't looking good there for a while, but....we've brought back others in worse situations before."

 

Rogers chuckled, "Yeah, I know what you mean.  Of course, I had a couple tons of ice when you found me."

 

"I wasn't referring to...." Coulson paused, then smiled, "...well, things are really looking good now.  Dr. Pym can confirm 0% brain damage and Dr Van Dyne has him on a steady chem regiment.  Fitz will be back on his feet in no time.  Figuratively if not literally."

 

"That's good news," replied Rogers, "Anyone that Fury puts his trust in is top tier in my book.  Keep me updated.  We're just about to drop down at Lanthirrhos."

 

"Cap...." Coulson cautioned, "be safe in there.  We don't know what HYDRA is up to or if this is even their work.  They may be just down to a small handful of scab agents, but they are every bit as dangerous as they have been.   Still, I've never heard of something wiping out an entire base like that.  Especially something as fortified as Lanthirrhos.  I mean, that thing cut through Mandalorian steel!  I've never seen....."

 

"I understand your concern, Coulson," interrupted Rogers, "but we've got a few surprises of our own if things get messy."

 

"I'm not doubting that you or Agent Romanov," sighed Coulson, "in fact, I have the highest faith in both of you.  Just....be careful." 

 

"Will do," replied Rogers, "Rogers out!"  After turning off his wristcom, Captain America picked up his shield while gazing out through the transport window.  He could still see the smoke billowing up into the sky.  The National Guard had the base surrounded with checkpoints on each gate.   Cap tapped Agent Barton on the shoulder.

 

"Can you find a place to land away from all this?" asked Cap.

 

"There's a clearing a few clicks to the west," replied Hawkeye, "Good cover, we can land there."

 

Rogers felt his muscles tense up.  "Something isn't right about all this, Hawk.  It feels like...."

 

Suddenly, a loud burst of flames ignited from behind them.  The door to the cargo chamber flew open and the transport began to spin out of control.  Rogers grabbed the edge of the hole that had been blown open to keep from falling out.  Romanov unbuckled her restraints and grabbed two parachutes.  She tossed one to Barton and began to fasten one to herself.   Rogers was already reaching for his when another explosion rocked the transport. 

 

"Hey Cap," shouted Hawkeye, squinting hard at the man on the ground reloading his rocket launcher.  "I think you're old time BFF needs to find a new way to say hello!"

 

The transport burst into flames and shrapnel as Rogers, Romanov, and Barton barely escaped.  They took defensive positions within the woods near the south west side of the base.  Rogers scanned the woods.  He knew immediately what Barton meant.   "Bucky," growled Cap, "where are you?"

It is still Dawn 0, which will end Sunday at 20:00hrs EST.  Voting and all that will begin then.  I am still waiting on a a couple players to confirm their PMs, though it seems all 24 players are good to go.  Continue to ask questions.  Also, thanks to a couple players that I will credit after the game, I have a good link for how actions will be processed in the OP.  

 

I hope everyone is enjoying the game, I know I am loving being the Mod right now.  This is going to be one epic game!
