Creatine gives me stretch marks on my arms/front delts. I put up 315 for a double last week so I'm excited about that. I do about 225-250g protein/day.

My squat is terrible because I'm just coming back for herniated discs. I haven't tried anything more than just repping the shit out of two plates. I'm trying for a 405 deadlift next week. It's not what it used to be but I'm going for 500 by the new year.

But I got a back like a mule - can still do sets with 405... not bad for a 30 yr old dude who sits at a computer all day
