As far as I'm concerned these people should be considered scum until otherwise proven: Despo, Verb, Wombat, Leelou & SP.

 

I don't know SP's meta so he is on list just cause. If Verb does anything but fluff until later Day phases he is scum. Wombat is good and should only be taken at face value rheotoic wise until voting patterns can be discerned. If Leelou makes a reads list that doesn't add up she is scum. Look for inconsistencies in her logic. Despo is purely conf-bias at this point because I know my alignment. He is awfully stubborn as town so if he is pushed off his cases easily this is an indicator.

 

Would be fine latching any of these just cause it's D1. Reads are subject to change.

 

Hallia will fluff as either alignment. CS will lay low as scum. Peace is solid town but obvscum. Watch him.

Incidentally I actually disagree with your meta assessment of me. I kind of pride myself on being able to keep from tunneling too much and not being too stubborn with reads. I think what you are reading as stubborness is just my aggressiveness. I go all out at peeps I think are scum, even if there's not that much to go on. I figure I have to compensate for others who might vote or fos but don't follow it up with the right amount of pressure. Once I have determined that my target is likely town however, I'll back off and pursue a lead elsewhere.

Warning: Incoming Game

 

The game cube fell on Dot's Diner as Bob and Enzo were just finishing their energy shakes.  There was no time to run, so all in the Diner would be exposed to the game and all of its dangers.  Upon landing, Bob, Dot, Enzo, and the other patrons of the Diner found themselves on an aircraft carrier floating in space.

 

"I recognize this game," Bob said. "We have to stop the user from getting to the portal at the end of the third level.  Let's do this.  Reboot!"

 

With that, Bob double clicked on his icon and a chorus of "Reboots" sounded as all of the other sprites followed suit.

 

Suddenly a barrage of laser blasts hit the ship as the User went by, attacking the Mainframers.

 

"It's the User!" Bob called out.  "Get to your ships!"

 

The Mainframers didn't hesitate.  Having the Guardian at their lead gave them confidence they could win this game - not to mention they had to at least try to prevent getting nullified and going offline.

 

Bob, a natural leader, took point, "Alpha Wing clear of deck, proceed heading 1138 - Stay frosty!"

 

"We've got asteriods, dead ahead," Dot informed the group.

 

They continued to fly, avoiding the asteriods, and keeping their eyes out for the User.  A flashing light and klaxon warned Bob that one of the sprites had hit an asterold.  In the momentary distraction, an asteriod veered into his path.

 

"Look out!" Dot warned.

 

"Ahhhhhh!" Bob screamed firing his lasers and burning a hole through the asteroid big enough for him to fly through. "That was easy enough."

 

"Look it's the User," Enzo shouted. "And it looks like he has friends."

 

As Enzo spoke, guns fired at the Mainframers.  "Enzo," Bob instructed. "Dot and I will follow the User.  You take care of these guys.  Aim for the targeting icon on the bridge of the main ship."

 

Enzo moved to comply as Bob and Dot followed the User.  The User had a good lead, so Bob and Dot pushed the speed on their fighters to maximum, as the User hit atmosphere and headed to a cave.

 

"That cave," Dot said. "That's the entrance to the third level."

 

They followed the User into the cave, moving to avoid stalagtites and stalagmites.  The trio arrived in a large chamber, the portal immense in the center.  Bob kept his calm.  Years of gaming and training in the Supercomputer had prepared him for this.  He lined up his shot, getting a lock on the User's fighter and pulled the trigger, not letting go until the User was blasted into oblivion.
