I was wondering if anyone else noticed that. I always think Dice is scum, so chalked it up to my prejudices. But his unvote on Aidanna was preemo scummy.

I'm the same way. The only games I have played with Dice he has been scum in, so I guess that sort of influences my opinion.

 

I looked back at the Dice/Key thing. Not much there... Dice seems to be calling Kay out because she is voting Cloud on a contradictory thing because he is behaving as she said she was with her aggressive D1 opener.

 

Key's vote stands out though. She seems pretty set against Kaylee, but I'm reading Kaylee as Town currently.

I don't know if you noticed this about me, but I tend to be active with my vote, especially on day 1. Most are too hesitant with their vote early on, I try to compensate.

 

Vote on Snow was semi-jokey. Trying to get the game started somewhat. Vote on Kaylee was me thinking she was off, seemed overaggressive for her. Vote on Key was both for reactions and to keep the gameplay going

I disagree that Kaylee seemed overaggressive. Besides, I doubt scum would put themselves in the spotlight like that early on.

 

The METAL game by Darthe game me a good insight in Kaylee's game. She was aggressive then, presenting cases and using the NKs as evidence. I thought she was scum that game because of it and never fully trusted her, which bit me in the @$$ later because we lost. I like her game now.

AJ, my son is 10 months :).  We are a lot worse about our words though >.>.  Will have to get better about that very soon.

 

Insofar as Kaylee's meta - I haven't played around here in ages save for Vacation mafia that just ended and Kaylee was running that one, so I haven't played with her lately, or much.  I think she started playing around here right before I stopped, so I don't have a meta background to go on.

 

At the time, it seemed like at least something to go on.  As I stated, I didn't like her wording of some things; it sounded like there could be more there.  I also really don't like the cop out "I could be wrong" from anyone because I feel like it gives the opportunity for slithering out of a vote later on.

 

However, having read back through, I realize I was doing the same thing that I was ripping on Kaylee for - jumping at the barest hint of something that could possibly on an outset be scummy.  Apologies Kay, I'll take the hypocrite post if you want to give it.

Cloud, Peace, Key scum team?

This was the post I was referring to of Ishy's, this came after Darthe "asked" if people were still voting Kaylee. Cloud, Peace, and Key were the only ones voting Kay at the time.

 

Ishy is experienced enough to know how unlikely it would be that a whole train on someone day 1 would consist solely if mafia. Seems like fake scumhunting to me

How can you say that I wouldn't know enough to say definitively? I have played several games with Kaylee. Some as Town together and another where I was scum and her Town. I would say I am fairly familiar with her play. Also don't like how you are stating that you could vote either me or Ishy. Looks like you're seeing which might gain traction first so you can park your vote there.
