I was talking about Tina's theory which said that there could be multiple players who had the same fake claim. I know that I'm the real Fred, and I also have him as my fake claim. AVM could be another town character, but he has to fake claim as Fred but I find the odds against him so I'm still all in for lynching him. He has also been quiet during the last page or so and I don't take that as a good sign.

For all I know, all three of us can be town. Nothing happened that had proven me otherwise. It is NOT the time to lynch any of us as the result of that lynch would yield no useful information.

 

If we lynch me or AVM, both of us die. No matter how we flip, we get no information on your alignment from that.

 

If we lynch Cloud (you), then you die. No matter how you flip, we get no information on either AVM's or Cloud's information from there.

 

So how does lynching any of us help?

Also to the bolded. Are you even reading this game? We DO know that multiple players have the same "fake claim". You and AVM do. No doubt about that.

 

Also I'm pretty sure that it is quite possible for two TOWNIES have the same "fakeclaim". Else the whole fakeclaim thingy would make no sense, as every single Weasley in the game would still be a "Named Townie" in effect (look up the definition on mafia scum wiki). It'd be about the same as having none of this complicated stuff about claims.

Alright, so doing a re-read now, things that stand out to me:

• Cloud vs Despo fight sounds - staged. Something's off about this.
  The weirdest part (the part that got me thinking down this line) was when Despo linked me and Cloud together (and called us both scum), then Cloud did the reverse - he linked me and Despo calling us both scum.
  The whole fight is coming off way too strong.
• There's entirely too much parroting of what others said. Half of Cloud's first post is parroting of earlier reasonings. Dice harping on the same absolute thing as Cloud/Des did. Then BFG coming with some parrot job too.
• Another thing that stood out to me is that there were just way too many meta reads on Despo (how his meta is sure town)

 
 

#Cloud (you): I don't like your exchange with Despo. I don't like your double standard post (only scum speak in absolutes) and the dismissing of me calling you out on that was off. And yea the linking stuff. I also agree with Despo about you fencing on BFG's play (even though your points on her play are ones I can agree with, the way you posted those points and the fact that you did was just wrong in my book).

 

 

How does lynching you and/ or AMV, or even me wield no information?? The rest of us will get a lot of info from your flip, and there has been enough talk going around you to evaluate other people's play. And yes I already came to the conclusion that everyone has a town fake claim, and so there must be multiple people with the same fake claim. That however doesn't make me dismiss my believe that AVM is lying (and that maybe you are his teammate), because the chances are in my favor.

That was before you cc'd Fred on AVM. That changes the situation a lot. For one thing, I find you being town more likely now. For another, I think it's a bad idea to pursue this avenue NOW. Of course I happen to know that I'm right about this (as being half of the lover pair), but anyone can figure this out. The theme. That Thorum specifially wantzed to use lovers in this game in particular as it made the most sense for him, etc.

 

And then I didn't even mention our claim which would push that already 100% certainty even higher if such a thing were possible.

No, AVM can say that his real character is someone else but he may not specify or hint to that character. I believe Thorum has already said this. @MOD could you confirm what I just said regarding the game mechanics to be true?

Thorum posted after all this which confirms that all the character claims are correct.  And since we now have two claims for the same character I think I was right earlier and that there are 6 characters with 2 claims on each.

 

There's no way for all of the above to be true, as there can't be 2 'real' Freds.

 

Fred & George as lovers make sense, given that Thorum confirmed the 9 Weasley players the only other option would be Molly & Arthur. 

 

So it's possible that Csarmi & AVM have a false 'fake claim' and are Molly & Arthur in which case Cloud is (almost certainly) Town.

It's possible that both Csarmi & AVM are mafia, but I really struggle to believe that they'd be that open about defending a scum buddy.

 

If one of Csarmi or AVM are mafia then at the moment I'm inclined to believe it more likely to be AVM.

 

It's possible that Cloud is mafia and slipped with his claim, but his reaction seemed genuine.

Tina - that's not quite right.  If I understand correctly we have to claim and hint our 'fake' claim, but there's nothing to stop someone from saying if their 'fake' claim is true or not, just that if it's false they can't hint towards their 'true' claim.

Just re-read his posts. Seriously. In every bloody post of his he's repeating that I'm obvious scum. Not sure why that hits me so deep and hard, but I hate that and it ruins my game here. I was 100% serious about being replaced out, even asked Thorum if he could make an exception. He didn't, he posted there's no replacement period.

 

Also, speculating on who would be the perfect lovers pair isn't helping. There is a married couple. And if you have read the books/seen the movies Fred and George, make sense yes, but not exactly. They are twins.

That's not the only reason why they are supposed to be 'lovers'. No idea if there's anyone to spoil here about the series. Probably no one. HP spoilers.

Yes, Thorum admitted that there were Lovers in this game, but that doesn't mean that they are Fred and George. The theme isn't often followed that strict in mafia games (which I know is also the case here because I'm Fred), and besides there is a married couple who I think do a better job at being Lovers.
