Yeah, I think I became a victim of short-sightedness during that time, and was voting for the most recent thing I found scummy since all this other stuff was flying around. I can understand you finding that questionable. I will say that I pride myself on not getting too bad tunnelvision; I try to stay as impartial as possible throughout a game.

 

But yeah, my scum read on DPR was strong enough that it prob would have been best just to put my vote back on him after Mish was MK'ed.

I really can´t make up my mind. It´s Des or Yates right now and I could lynch either one of them. The only  thing that stops me from voting Des is his fight with DPR day 1. If it was fake emo with the threat to leave the game I will be very disappointed. His buddying is not giving him any bonus points though. Feels kind of desperate. 

 

I really wish Player had said something more.

I can agree with you here. It's him or me at this point, pretty much. The difference is you have a Yates guarantee I will self-vote tomorrow if Des flips Town [which he won't]. And I'm pretty sure we all know who Verbal is going to investigate tonight if that happens so...

 

Really, unless you think this is somehow a Town vs Town argument [probably like a 2% chance of that] the only vote that makes sense is a vote for Des. Either his flip will sort my alignment out for the Town OR Verb's investigation will.

That's my current theory on teams, yes. I'm still kind of soft on you but I don't have a better third. Des and GF are tied at the hip, though.

It's called a 1 vs 1. Admittedly, it's a sort of mafia grandstanding but it can be used to great effect. Essentially, you do this when you are so supremely confident in a read that if you are wrong you are actually anti Town. So what I'm saying is if Des flips Town, I'm completely wrong about everything in this game and thus beyond worthless to the Town and need to be disposed of because I'm just going to screw things up even further or be a huge distraction.

Actually - if this game started with 4 scum [13-4 with majority +2? Maybe 12-4-1 with majority +2?] we have a 9-2 advantage and that would remove Tina from my scum pool... In either case, Des and GF *ARE* scum.

 

I'm just trying to figure out if there are 2 or 3 scum left. The majority +2 mechanic is throwing me. The +2 helps Town, it's just hard to determine how much.
