You really think DPR designed the game this straight forward and didn't give scum teh ability to alter results in any way? Look at the amount of viewings and vig kills we've had relative to the amount of conversions we've seen. DPR has told us exactly how limited the conversion ability for scum is, and has told us exactly how many we are looking for in each phase.

 

It would be illogical for him NOT to provide scum with some sort of framing ability. Bad balance. With all the games he's designed, do you think he really effed the balance up that bad here?

Look at the timing on this too... scum probably submitted the frame and the kill on Songstress at teh same time, so that they didn't miss their window for the kill. 

 

They would HAVE TO know that there was going to be a quick lynch, in order to know to submit this right away like you see here.
