Actually there is a case that a no harm no lynch would be productive.  One more night of cop views combined with the already confirmed town might seal the deal.

Decreasing the number of unconfirmed players is almost always good. This is a numbers game. For example, five confirmed players out of nine is better than five confirmed players out of eleven.

The only case where no lynch is helpful is the Follow the Cop situation (and some very special endgame cases). That would require a hidden healer and a cop claim (and the reason of not lynching is to make sure the healer don't have to out himself).
