The game is called shah'rah, and it is described, along with the Fisher icon, in the prologue of The Path of Daggers, entitled Deceptive Appearances. The Fisher does indeed have a bandage or blindfold over his eyes, and is holding a wound in his side which is dripping blood. No further description is given, but Moridin is angry because the Fisher is almost certainly a distant memory of the last time the Dragon had been spun out at this point in the cycle (in other words, the previous "Third Age", not when he was spun out as Lews Therin, or any other Age in which he may have been spun out), and Moridin did not have access to a knowledge of the details of what had happened that time around.

Since the Fisher predates Rand and since the Fisher cannot be controled and acts indepentantly until the very end of the game, perhaps that is why Moridin hopes to turn Rand before the end

Various dreams seem to name Rand as ending in the same contition as the Fisher is described
