Ithillian again wove air and water together tightly, intending to create an icy blast and sent it towards both Lol and Cyan - The Ice Blast was indeed created, but not exactly how she was used to. Still there were now two tasty beverages floating towards her opponents. Maybe they would indeed feel the fizz.

 

 

She had no idea who Julie was, however.

Maw formed a twist of Spirit and sent it towards his Lightie semblance, meaning to compel it into obeying him. The weave splintered and fractured, however, creating myriad ripples in the air between them. It was like looking through fifteen kaleidoscopes at once.

 

BG, having finally recovered from his the tickle attack had a thought as he looked over at the kaleidoscoped area of the field that seemed to house hundreds of Lightie Maws... and knowing that his weaves would be randomly morphed, took a chance. He had wanted to shatter the illusion to help Dark Maw get rid of the odd lightie Maw, so BG taking a chance, weaved spirit. And for some reason his weave was unaffected this one time. That's just great... he had hoped that if he tried to replicate the result of what Maw had done, the twisting of the weaves might undo it.... instead the various kaleidoscoped images seemed to come into focus with the landscape and all of a sudden, the kaleidoscope was gone... but in its place were hundreds of tiiny lightie Maws running about.

Panchi: Fighting for the glory of the Light

 

Panchi was laughing at the Shadowies. She decided to blast them with fire. Her weaves formed correctly but at the last moment...

 

... Air surpassed Fire and turned into fireworks.

 

At least it shows that Light is better *nods*

Ithillian laughed at everyone, but she knew needed to do something quickly about all the little Lightie Maws that were running about causing trouble. She attempted the Cloud Dancing Weave, as it had always been one of her strongest. The Little Maws at first seemed unaffected - but then they all began to dance. A strange dance, almost as if they were horsey riding ...

 

 

Then the winds hit them and they were forced closer and closer together, until there was only one Lighty Maw left again ... but he was still dancing ;)

Cyan rubbed her hands together gleefully. She had been quite looking forward to doing this. Lolly would suffer first. Despite being a Shadowie, he had done something to make her scream girlishly, and he would never be forgiven for that. She prepared a huge tornado to throw at him and sent it speeding on it's way. The moment it left her hand however, it...changed...into something else. At first she couldn't tell what was wrong with it, when suddenly the column burst. Instinctively, Cyan weaved a shield to protect herself from the raining rocks that were sure to follow, but no! The rocks were...flying? What the...? Then she realized they weren't rocks at all, but rather butterflies. Hundreds of them.

 

 

She stood staring at them in shock for a moment, before suddenly realizing that something must be very wrong. She tried something else, this time using water. It snaked along the ground, and then began to wrap itself around Lolly's foot. She began to wonder if maybe she had just made the weave wrong that caused the butterflies, when the thread of water went pop, and in it's place was a lovely ribbon. She scowled, realizing that getting revenge on Lolly was going to be harder than it looked.

SirT: Fighting for the Light

 

Not sure what he was doing SirT just gathered up all his strength and let whatever flow out of him flow out. It turned out to be a mixture of everything going in all directions. He wasn't sure what was happening but it didn't look good. All the weaves flew into the air and exploded. Everything turned pitch black for a second then all the colors of the weaves began to fly around the air at high speeds. The ground began to move around too due to the Earth. SirT became horribly confused in this chaotic colorful mess, WHERE WAS HE? WHERE WERE THE OTHERS!!!???

Panchi was getting bored so she thought of something to amuse her. She used saidin to form a Mirror of Mist of dancers.

Matrim: For the light!

 

Matrim entered the Arena and swept his gaze over all the combatants...

Some of them looked rather annoyed while others were giggling madly at some random creations, this must surely be the work of that misterious Ter'angreal in the centre!

 

No matter, Matrim wove balefire and his hand was connected with the object by a beam of molten light! Only as it hit the Ter'angreal it defracted into millions of thin laser beams, not dangerous or anything but they could give a nasty sting! Matrim stumbled backwards and began running, jumping and ducking frantically as the red lights zapped the air all around him!

Cyan noticed Matty enter and set off a bunch of...were those lasers? One flew in her direction and she had to duck quickly to avoid being hit. Pfhh Lighties didn't know how to control their weaves these days. Muttering to herself, she moved closer to Matty, dodging lasers all the while. Once she was close enough, she formed a complex weave of spirit and set it over his mind. Now what was SUPPOSED to happen was he was supposed to start thinking he was being chased by a wild boar, which would result in him comically running around, being chased by nothing but air. What actually happened is that he opened his mouth and rainbows began to come out of it, arching in the air before curving back down to the floor.

 

 

Cyan's eyes went wide. She apparentally still had not gotten used to this strange terangreal messing up her weaves. How did one go from being chased by a wild animal to magically spouting rainbows from one's mouth? What do rainbows even taste like? She'd have to ask Matty afterwards.

It tasted extremely... colourful! Matty formed a weave of air to dry the air and make the rainbow disappear, but it only turned into a large candy stick!!!

 

Sucking on it, he made his way to the opposite end of the Arena... >.>

O.o Matty weaved himself a CANDYCANE? Cyan decided she wanted one of those too. Copying Matty's weave exactly, she drew on Saidin and wove air. Instead of a candycane magically appearing in her hand, a banana appeared instead. Well that was slightly disappointing. But still, bananas were pretty cool.

 

 

Pocketing the banana, she skipped over to where Pank was giggling at some unusual dancers, which upon closer inspection turned out to be elephants.

Mawthtex decided that this was much too silly to actually get anything done, and tried to create a cloud of darkness to chill in. The cloud didn't turn out right though. It was dark, yes, but not very cloud-like... In fact, it was more like a giant ball. Oh well. He supposed there were worse things than being trapped in a giant hamster ball.

SirT was going to try again. This time he tried weaving fire and earth to make...well something good he hoped. The two weaves came together and began to grow. What was going to happen? What powerful weapon or explosion will this create? Did he finally do it?

Ithillian watched as the amount of Spirit inside the Ter'angreal was slowly used up, each time someone Channeled. After some time it was all gone and the dome flickered a few times, and then disappeared. It had certainly been an experience for those who had joined in. Still it had been fun, for the most part. She left the Ter'angreal where it was, The M'Hael could organise someone to take it back to its proper place, nodded to the competitors and left the Arena.
