New Book - HELP!

So, I need a "pop culture book on ethics/leadership" for a class...

 

Any of you know of any non-fiction books on ethics and/or leadership? I prefer one that won't bore me to death.

 

Like, for example, Freakonomics was a pretty interesting pop culture book on economics. Well, I need one like this, just not on economics.

 

If any of you can help me find a book, perhaps you could talk Ed into giving you a few points. *bribes* After all, if I can't find a book, he's going to be reading half of a realllllllllly boring book and summarizing it for me. >.> So you'll be saving him trouble. XD

All the One Minute Management books. They reckon they can teach you to be an effective Leader in a minute. They are bound to be full of all kinds of dubious stuff.

 

There is bound to be a Leadership for Dummies somewhere, and you can't get more Pop Culture than that.

 

Unless there is a book titled 'The Last Minute Manager' somewhere hahahaha
