with me? a little depressed over senseless deaths, headaches, horrible dizziness... the usual, lately. With him? He's grouchy because someone got a positive response and it wasn't him. ;)

I just got back from the emergency room. My husband and I took separate cars to religious services this evening. My son had gone with my husband. We got home about the same time. Our housekeeper was still cleaning (it was a late night for her.) My husband suggested we go out for dessert and stay out of her way. I went to get into my husband's car. My son moved to the back seat. He wasn't all the way in and my husband drove onto his foot. They took a lot of X-rays. So far, it looks just sprained. The radiologist will look at it tomorrow and call if it's anything worse. While I was sitting with my son in the back at the hospital a dear co-worker walked by (crying) gave me a quick hug and explained her brother was dying. I had seen him brought in.

 

I just hope things get better for all of us.

I hope it's just sprained! *hugs tight and sends well wishes for poor feet* As for the coworker's brother... that's ROUGH! There's a lot of grief going around these days.

 

And it will get better. We have to believe that or we'll go bananas. I, for one, have no intention on going any (more) bananas than I already am. Just gotta keep your head above water until the flood recedes enough...
