So, I got this letter:

Some back story: for about 17 years, I’ve suffered with anxiety and paranoia and, over the course of this year, I’ve been having therapy to help with it. Now, of course, my manager at work knows all about it but, sadly, he left today. However, he also left me this letter in my locker:

Dear Hanna

Just a quick note to say well done!

Since you started working for me at Hols, you have had a very hard journey; harder than most. I feel I need to let you know how PROUD I am of you and of how you have moved your life forward.

You are now one of the BEST members of the team in Hols and that shows just how well you have done!!

I hope YOU can see the progress you have made and continue moving forward. If you ever need advice or help, feel free to call me.

It’s been a pleasure getting to know the real Hanna.
