don't care 2 shakes about your track record on reading Nol. for all i know, the people who have these "town" reads on Nol are in his faction and tryign to prevent him from getting lynched. (This is a naive thing to insinuate, you are an experience player. I expect more from you.) the only way to find out is to take my big stick out and beat the grass.

in this game, town = someone in your faction; scum = those not in your faction. i'm not making persumptions about the game set up, (You see the sentence before this? Its a presumption. Your interpretation of Wombat's clues about the setup are not fact and until we see some deaths and scenes, we won't know anything to be sure. So, I rest my case, you are being presumptuous, even if you say you aren't.) just pointing out what i infered from my own role pm and what womby has posted on thread.

 

its a very safe assumption to make given whats already been stated by the mod. this arguement is pointless becuase it will lead to us compairing role pm's and thats not in the spirit of the game as far as i'm concerned.

I'll address a couple things and then I'm done with you, because I personally think you are derailing the other discussion at this point.

 

First off, I never called your approach to the game dumb. I said the conclusion you reached was dumb. Specifically, you said "you having a "town" read on him, says to me you believe him to be in your faction" and I called this conclusion you have reached dumb. Reading comprehension.

 

As for the other two bolded statements, I said you echoed the cases OTHER PEOPLE had against Tina and Christine. Now you are defending by saying that I said "the thing you claim i'm echoing them on is their reason (aka case) for lynchgin Nol; err-go you are claiming i'm echoing their case against Nol". You don't even know what you are defending.

Also, bullshit... you sure as hell are defending. I haven't made any assumptions, I'm basing what I say entirely on things other people have said. Closest thing to fact we have right now. I disagree. Here is a quote from the original signup thread:

I'm not mad. I never get mad in mafia, not for real. Ive got the thickest skin in the game. Just putting the back and forth to an end.... She talking out of her butt, I'm not going to entertain it further.

 

The comment about the WoTs was regarding the eleventy billion inline comments. Multi-quoting mess that does nothing but confuse to the point where nobody can follow it, which is good for her since she isnt even sure what she is talking about. Anyway, Nolder claimed that he doesn't know how factions work here, which to me means he is either Cult (dangerous) or something unlisted (also dangerous). In that case, I think that no one would really mourn the passing of a neutral,

I think you're making the false assumption that you know how this setup is designed simply to suit your own need to have some reason for voting me

 

if you were being objective I could be an unaligned survivor or some other unknown entity that is little danger to anyone

the truth is you jump right to cult to put a fear into people and try to shock them into voting even though to the majority of people house stark (the so called heroes of the series) would be just as dangerous as a cult

The only assumption I am making at the moment is that no single faction makes up a majority of the player base, as it would be silly to have their faction leader(s) die and suddenly have a dozen unaligned survivors running around. Although judging by the "X seems town" remarks I've read it seems not everyone is making this assumption...

 

Truthfully, I did forget the potential that some people started out as unaligned survivors and weren't just made into them via faction leader death, but harmless neutrals suck too. A harmless neutral tends to get left alone for easy wins, but still has an effect on the game since he still has a vote and sometimes even has a role. This means at best they snowball existing advantages (due to bad lynches or lucky night kills or what have you) and at worst they choose who wins. Furthermore, it is difficult to determine who neutrals will side with when designing a game unless you give them an incentive to pick a certain side (in which case they aren't really neutral anymore), so it is hard to balance games with them in mind.

 

In other words, neutrals are jerks, and I'm always happy to lynch them for lack of a better target (such as D1 in a multifaction game).

 

I also think it's kind of weird you didn't actually deny the accusation of being neutral, so there's that.
