throughout the night, the remaining wolves pillaged the village of fiddleton in a desparate attempt to erradicate the town's proclaimed seer. sadly enough, these wolves weren't going to get a break because the angel had decided to trust in the dude and grant him protection.

I'm not so hot with the predictions this game. I would never have targeted the dude under these circumstances. You've got to look for the angel, not target the revealed innocents on the off chance that the angel may not be concentrating. :? Did you get a guilty dude? If so, I'd like to hear all about it. If not ... let me have a quick think about outing your innocent.

nope, no guilty. i got an innocent. so we got a decent body of innocents to winnow out the guilties, and the wolves got screwed out of a nightkill. again, angel, gratuitous thank you's. i will sweeten the deal with chocolate.

and Sirayn, I noticed earlier that you wrote that it was suspocious that I voted for Zy because it was so unrelated to the other votes. I dont really see how that is suspicious. I vthink you forget that not all the players here play the same way that you do. I avent been able to pay attention very much this round, so I merely voted for one of the players that was least likely to get lynched because I didnt want to be a part of sending a possibly innocent villager to be lynced, as i didnt really have time to really get into the game this time.

Not bad work in the last 24 hours then. Killed a werewolf, caught ourselves another innocent and the angel saved you from an unpleasant fate. Let me look at the figures ...

 

Day Four: 6 innocents + 2 werewolves

Day Five: 4 innocents + 2 werewolves

Day Six: 2 innocents + 2 werewolves

 

So tomorrow is still the endgame. Or it should be, statistically speaking, but the growing CI block makes it unlikely that we will continue to lynch innocents during the day time. I imagine the werewolves will be increasingly desperate round about now so prepare yourselves for wild claims - I'm surprised we didn't have a seer counter-claim yesterday, I totally would have, or given my record perhaps I would have gotten another werewolf to fake claim on our behalf - and other weird happenings.

 

Quick thoughts on the pros and cons of outing your investigation result ... The only disadvantage that I can see is that the revealed innocent becomes a night target. I was worried about this at first glance, but having thought again, they're just as much of a night target as I am so I'm not that sympathetic after all. There are big advantages to revealing them though; we can get our little CI block together for happy happiness - and bear in mind that the angel clearly believes you, so we have an invisible fourth friend - and make decisions on who is probably a werewolf with who based on more accurate data. So in conclusion I'm thinking I'd like you to out your innocent.

 

Danya, I think it makes perfect sense that if Raena and loki-as-Nevare are and were both guilty, the next suspect on the list is the only person who refused to vote for either of them. That's logical in my view. I'm not saying it makes you a definite guilty, and indeed if Raena is innocent I don't have much on you except you not voting for loki-as-Nevare, but it's something I've taken into account like a bunch of other stuff.

If I was any worse at mafia you'd have to take my vote off me and give it to somebody who was actually smart.

 

Okay, so we have eight players: the dude, Kadere, Danya, Zylazlo-, Direwolf Jon, Raena, goldeneys and myself. Three of the above are confirmed innocents. One is the angel but we don't know who and I'm not going to speculate in thread in case I get somebody killed. That leaves us with five suspects out of whom two are evil lying liars who lie: Kadere, Danya, Zylazlo-, Direwolf Jon and goldeneys.

 

Two out of those five knew that loki-as-Nevare were guilty and needed to distract attention from him. We don't know whether the lone vote placed on Zylazlo was placed on an innocent or a guilty, but we do know that there was a concerted push to lynch Raena rolling at the same time, which gathered a fair amount of support at various times. Here's the voting record from yesterday.

 

loki 2- 6(the dude, direwolf, zy, goldy, raena, sira)

raena- 2 (loki, kadere)

zy- 1 (danya)

 

And here it is again with the confirmed innocents subtracted.

Only two surviving players did not vote to lynch loki-as-Nevare. That'd be Kadere and Danya. Seeing as I can now extend my trusting love of loving trust to Raena, plus the dude also thinks Kadere is suspicious, I'm thinking we have a common target in mind.

PS: The angel may or may not be in a rapidly narrowing pool of suspects right now. As such, I recommend that they prepare themselves to reveal if and only if they are about to be lynched. You will be killed by the werewolves during the following night, assuming basic tactics, but at least you'll take a bullet for the seer and CIs and you'll also let us lynch a genuine suspect. In all other circumstances stay hidden. You're doing a bang-up job of staying undercover and after last night's actions our love for you is eternal. :D
