Honestly, I don't have much to say. With all the new information that's come to light regarding Hoof, Wombat, and Ishy, I'm beginning to doubt Hoof's claim after all, but as far as myself and Ishy are concerned, there's not much more I can say. I self-protected Nights 1 and 2; Wombat claims to have roleblocked Ishy and Ishy hasn't confirmed or denied it thus far, but the way he seemed to go along with Hoof makes it appear to me that this roleblock thing wasn't something he was planning on having to talk about.

 

I'm inclined to believe Wombat, but his reasons for voting Key were what I found really obnoxious in the first place, and he started this day off continuing that line of thought, plus a roleblocker is always one of those iffy roles to have around--when aimed correctly in the hands of town, it's great, but otherwise it has the potential to screw a lot of things up.

 

Still, if I had to choose between voting Hoof or Wombat, I'd probably choose Hoof--his story has so many holes in it now.

 

I'd rather lynch Ishy, though--I can't see a townie false-counter-claiming any role at this point in the game, so he has to be scum.

This argument is crap. Your plan was to lynch one of them now, and let the other go into night phase. Meaning there wouldn't be another doc claimant to implicate. You are crossing your own wires now.

 

Stop saying "why would I do this as scum" too... I maintain that you are playing like your loyal to yourself, and only yourself. Like a silent killer with a roleblokc ability.

 

Also, roleblocker makes no sense as a town role in a no-coroner game. You are more likely to block our cop, examiner, doc, tracker or whatever other town roles are out there... than you are to block a NK.

Plus, we don't have a coroner, so there would be no immediate ramifications if we lynched Ishy and then Meesh turned up dead. We wouldn't know either alignment. This is a very bad defense from Wombat.

The point of my question my dear ape was to get Hoof to tie himself to Ishy. What we do now is lynch Ishy and have the coroner tell us tomorrow how he flipped. If he flips scum, we lynch Hoof. If he flips town, we lynch Meesh.

Screw it. I was waiting on an answer from Amega but I'm gonna go ahead and reveal. I'm a roleblocker. I blocked Ishy N1 and Hoof N2 (right after he claimed his early results). I blocked Hoof because I thought he was lying. I don't know why Amega would have given him results when my action was still undecided. Also, shortly after I chose to block him, he amended his story to say he was blocked all along. Very suspect imo. Furthermore, I'm not sure why he would see Ishy doing anything N1 if I blocked Ishy. I asked Amega about that but haven't gotten an answer yet.

I began this day phase looking into the Hoof/Ishy/Meesh situation. Then you went ahead and revealed as roleblocker in your efforts to get us to lynch either Hoof or Ishy. From there I watched you introduce a plan that involved lynching Ishy, and letting Meesh stroll into night phase... where we've seen as many as 2 NKs in one night, and you have a roleblocking power. Which would mean that Meesh would quickly meet her end too. Leaving us without a doc.

 

So yeah, you ARE trying to get the doc killed.

 

And that has been my ONE and ONLY case on you this whole time. You are playing like a 3rd party. You want both Ishy and Meesh in position to be killed, so you are either 3rd party, or scum and essentially gave up on whichever doc is your scummate. No townie would be pushing that crapstick case of yours.

I know what you meant, but let me make it clear...

 

I hate low-activity games. I DO want everyone to contribute. When griping about it, I wanted people to weigh in on the Hoof/Ishy/Meesh/Wombat situation. That said, I do not want to follow Wombat off on a mission to run up an inactive player, with no reason other than Wombat wanting heat off himself and possible out another role claim. We don't need that right now, we do need the inactives to take a position and give their thoughts on the situation at hand though.

 

When the time comes, we will pressure the inactive players. Does that help clarify my statements? Like I said, Wombat's been mucking up the game, and this to me was just another attempt to do the same.
