You bicker here and there, but there seems to be no consensus as to who is the culprit. Only five people can seem to agree at once. Instead of paying attention to the day's deliberations, Christine thought it would be a great time to get some coffee. Unfortunately, the lighting rig over the coffee pots was not secured due to the heinous events. As Christine enjoyed her first sip, the lights came crashing down on her head.

 

Christine, an extra (vanilla townie), is dead. It is now night. You have 24 hours to get your night actions in. Deadline is Tuesday 11 AM EST.

That's a very bad thing. Your supposed to vote how you feel and change votes as you see the game changing. By withholding your vote you make reaching a majority hard. And if the player you didn't vote for flips scum, well then your days are numbered, because eventhough it may be a RL issue, the evidence in the game is hard to counter. It's okay to be wrong, when your town, you'll be wrong. It's not okay to be apathetic, and to not use your vote.

Finally home from work and can speak my mind fully.

 

Nolder I can excuse to an extent and Christine payed the price for what she did. Still poor play, but I can't really complain now as she's gone. But Sak and Amega, that's just really weak and insulting to Lee. You didn't have to cast a vote to lynch, but you both should have at least cast a vote. Any vote. Lee had the deadline up for 2 days, and you two not helping got us a townie lynched for it. I don't much post before 10 either as I don't have to be at work until 11, but I made a point to get up a little earlier for the deadline. As Jack pointed out, if you're going to sign up for a game, not only are you making a commitment to be active, but to make it for deadlines. *End rant*

it could just as easily land on a doc or cop as mafia

it sucks that a townie died but I think it's a better deal than me putting my vote on someone for consolidation (hybrid) because if they'd flipped town I would be immediately suspect (since apparently this has happened twice before I entered the game)

and if I'd gotten lynched because of that action we'd be two townies down and little to no information gained

 

I think I made the right choice in not voting and I assure you it wont happen again

Actually I believe you made the wrong decision Nol. No one had Christine on their radar and she'd of been a townie to bolster our numbers. (I'm over sensationalizing this because you are under selling your mistake) if you would have voted and Hybrid would have flipped, you wouldn't have really been looked at, I would for championing his lynch. You seem to suggest this game revolves around where you place your vote, and it doesn't. It doesn't revolve around anyone. Everyone usually votes for consolidation close to a deadline, and your distancing from that fact is right in line with Ameg's defense of not voting hybrid, and Hybrid himself.

That's really a null tell without corroborating proof, since I wasn't in any danger of being lynched at the time.

I gave you my reason for that. The reason being that I forgot that the deadline would be in the morning before I would wake up because I'd had to shop for my sister's birthday present that evening.

 

I added the blue b/c I don't feel like tracking down that post atm.

Sorry in advance for the following rant.

 

I would just like to say, there has been a three day period to vote and play. Going forward, this is now going to be shortened to two days. You had more then plenty of enough time in three days to get on and play. If I start to see valid discussions going on close to deadline and not just votes for consolidation, I might move out the deadline a bit.

 

If you cannot play please either asked to be replaced or don't sign up to play at all. I know I've been guilty of disappearing, but I always let a mod know or ask to be replaced. Sometimes replacements don't come through and you work around the LOA. Weekends should not be an excuse.

I'm sorry I missed the DL. There's not much more I can say besides that. However, I will say that my vote would not have gotten us a lynch. There still would have been a random. That fact alone makes me feel like slightly less of a twit.

@Nolder - I agree with what Hybrid said about Lessa. My vote had been on Ama. Then she revealed, so I no longer wanted to vote for her. I don't find the case on Jack all that strong, and Lessa already had a vote on her so I switched my vote to her/you.

did you ever make your own post with concerns/accusations, or have you just been bandwagoning Hybrids reasoning?

 

I felt like he summed it up fine. Idk if it's really considered a bandwagon when I agree with what one person said so I vote.

 

 

As for the game today - sorry guys (including you leelou). I was actually in bed lol when I posted last, so I went to sleep and then had all day meeting since it's the first day faculty is back for the semester, so I wasn't able to get on to change my vote or post.

I chose to abstain because even if a consensus is not reached there will still be a random kill

if it was earlier in the game I'd consider but it's just not worth my time to read through this entire game
