I would say DON'T just jump on Mynd...we still have a over a day left. Although GM sounds desperate to get Mynd lynch I do feel a general town about him. Which is why I choose Mynd over him at the moment. But Mynd is right about one thing, take your time over deciding, look at everyone, not just these two.

Have done a quick readthrough at breakfast and don´t have time to write too much but I want to point out that Csarmis unofficial votecount was wrong. I have not voted Phelix. I have said he is suspicious but I have never voted him. Csarmi, I hope this was just a mistake!

First off, sorry for being so absent since the Day started. Work has been hectic and I haven't had time to post very much. But, work is on break for now... I should be more active.

 

Secondly, my original pinging on Mav seems to be stalled. Since that vote all Mav has done really is argue that I must be scum because I think he is scum which really isn't much to go on. I'm going to keep watching.

 

Thirdly, I definitely feel like I'm being herded by Mynd and Csarmi. That isn't to say they are working together privately ala Mafia, just that they are working together in the public thread... like Csarmi said he was doing.

 

Working together with Mynd? I don't know. I'm willing to work together with anyone to find scum.

 

I'm still a bit cautious about Csarmi because of how he jumped on my vote for Mav. Voting is one of those very important things where you usually do more than just read the last post and vote the way that player did. Which is what Csarmi said he did. Since then, he's started going where Mynd points.

 

Which brings me to the fourth point... this stand off between Mynd and GMaster... both of you are walking around claiming that some player or the other is Mafia. Mynd has claimed that four or five of us definitely were scum, he was sure of it... which would make this a very lop sided game. GMaster is only claiming that he's sure Mynd is scum. Frankly, the way Mynd hops about, aggressively attacking one person then another makes me unsure. I've not played with Mynd before... it could be his usual style, like Talya said, or it could be a very bold way to direct the flow of the game for the Scum.

 

I do like Tiinker's point that if we do lynch Mynd Today, and he flips Town it will be a strong indicator for GMaster... now, if Mynd flips Scum it will also be a strong indicator for Csarmi, I think.

GMaster made accusation without any kind of back up, then kept hinting strongly that he had some role, while denying it. Kept doing ridiculuous statements like 'I know Mynd is maffia' and 'I know you are town' while he can't have any info yet.

 

Mynd might be scum, for all I know (I certainly feel his night post about how he would die scummy and what he was doing in the end of last day can go two-ways), but it's hard to tell with his gamestyle.

2) His posts are pretty much nonsensical lately, almost like a child sticking his tongue out at the rest of us for not believing him.

 

3) He hinted at being the finder, only to recant later, possibly an attempt to lure the real finder into play.

 

4) He is laser focused on one player right now. The only other player he was laser focued on was Deadly when he was lynched and flipped innocent.

 

Note that none of these four reasons have anything to do with me. If I am lynched, it wont say anything about him. He might be scum, but he also might be a misguided player. I have presented the reasons to lynch GMaster. Are there any logical reasons to lynch me?

Im sorry, but this makes absolutely no sense. How does me flipping scum make Csarmi scum as well for agreeing with me? I could argue the same for Gmaster & Talya, or even you for that matter. If we lynch GMaster and he flips innocent, it confirms you as innocent because you agreed with him. How about that? Wouldn't you want to be confirmed innocent?

I think lynching Mynd will give us information on your alignment because of how tightly the two of you have been playing so far. It could just be a product of how talkative the two of you are, but for the last few pages, where Mynd points, you have followed. That kind of close working together needs to be scrutinized.

 

Yes, GMaster did make an accusation with nothing other than his word... but that's what Mynd's been doing all game. Like I said above, if it were just the two of them, I would be fine with a lynch on either... but because of how closely you and Mynd have been playing, lynching Mynd will give us more information.

I don't explain his play style... it's freakishly random and hints at information but refuses to reveal it. It's quite similar, though less refined, to your play style. At least, what I'm taking to be your style from this game.

 

The most logical reason to lynch you is that it will give us information on both GMaster and Csarmi. It gives us info on GMaster because of how bold his claims have been. He has called you out as scum and is unwavering on that point. Now, if you flip Town, that makes it much more likely GMaster is scum. Csarmi has been working with you in the public thread, but he began doing so right after getting called scummy for jumping on my Vote for Mav. After a lengthy back and forth, you declared he was certainly Town because Scum wouldn't have talked that much. His behavior has been reading scummy to me. If you flip scum, it would implicate Csarmi and vindicate GMaster. If you flip Town, it implicates GMaster and makes it less likely that Csarmi is scum.

i haven't said that a lynch on you would prove anyone anything. I said it provides information, that is different from absolute fact. And then it would silly to assume that if one person is something it automatically makes someone a certain alignment. for all I know this could be a gambit between the two, but because I actually don't think GM is scum, then I don't think that is true. whatever you maybe, the info will not be just on the two of you , but on who voted who and who did what during the day, and you know that as well as I do!

He doesn't need to be claiming finder to be one. He can even deny being the finder and still be one. Maybe he doesn't want to be targeted. Maybe he's not one. But the fact is he claimed something when he said "without me the town have lost". Either that or he just has an unusually big head..
