I can't promise not to vote for anyone. It's too dangerous to limit yourself. I hope we made the right choice. I guess we'll find out tonight.

Whether or not we made the right choice though the important thing though is that we came to a consensues. If we want to get through this it's essential that we work together.

Tonight you sleep lightly. Fear and half-waking dreams trap you in a doze. You are so on edge that when the screaming begins this time you have dived for cover, frantically reaching for anything to defend yourself with, before you have even dragged yourself fully awake. You open your eyes to a familiar scene: ice and snow and light, blood and stillness. Others have frozen. An unnatural silence lies over the underground place.

 

In the midst of all this chaos, Nevare sits up panting. He is unmarked. He gibbers something about lockets, then nightmares. You stare at him and the calm about him in complete incomprehension, until things clink together like tumblers, and you realise ... nobody was killed tonight. It puzzles you. Yet you feel at least a little heartened. At least the killers will not have it all their own way. If they even tried to kill at all last night. Bemused, you get down to the serious business of lynching.

 

It is now day three. 9 players, 5 votes to lynch.

No one's . . . dead. Maybe we made the right choice about Quibby? And now we have to lynch again? To make sure, to live . . . I guess . . . *takes a deep breath* I vote Angyl.

No one died? That's good, isn't? :) We still have to lynch, though.

I'm pretty sure that Nevare is innocent. Other than that, I don't know. I'll have to think on it, I think.

Yea, nevare has to be innocent he's like our link to whatever source is helping us, not to mention he's handing out free lockets!

Well uh thanks for the vote of confidence. And I'm sorry to break up cheering for the lack of deaths. But if we don't figure out who the killer is (though we may have got him, who knows) we could end up well um . . . dead.

he must have had an accomplise, but they were probably scared about what happened to Quibby. So they stayed low for the night. But that doesn't mean we're safe. Eventually the other perp's going to get their courage back. And if Quibby was innocent, then maybe the killers want us to think we've succeeded.

Which brings us back to our problem. We have to figure out who else is out there and um . . . lynch 'em before they can kill us. I don't like sentencing people to death but when it's our lives or their's . . . well. My vote is still Angyl. Her behavior and what she's said *shrugs* I don't know they just don't seem to add up. I know it's not right to pick on the ones who've been a little quieter but . . . I'm not sure she did it or was in on it but . . . We have to go somewhere and that's my choice. Please speak up. Say what you think because we can't do this on our own- we have to stand united.

*crosses the room and gently looks at the locket, its silvery surface reflecting back the rays of the sun in jarring brilliance*

 

Lockets are for remembrance... I hope someone remembers me if anything happens... We're so lucky no one died last night! Nevare is right though. We need to do something so we at least have a chance of getting whoever is responsible... I mean, do you like living in fear and confusion? I don't!

 

That said, Angyl has been acting a little suspiciously for me, but I am going to vote for Kadere

Well, it could be any number of things. It could be that Quibby was a killer, or it could be that the killers went after someone the healer was protecting.

 

That being said, i recently re-read Mary Higgins Clark's You Belong To Me which makes me very suspicious of someone handing out jewelry when there's a killer in our midst. I vote for Nevare

People, people, you really don't want to send me out to the fuzz. Really. Oh, I'm not going to elaborate now, you're just going to have to trust me on this one.

Well my votes are never definite, so I'll probably be changing as soon as I get some suspiscion on someone

I know we all have differnet ideas and none of us are sure about anything. But if we awant to live, we're going to have to stick together. I don't know what these lockets mean exactly but I do know that Quibby said one was his and then he voted for himself. And I found one with Angyl's name on it. And now for all our sakes I'm voting for her. I don't know if I'm right. But the only way to tell is time. Angyl said to trust her. Well trust isn't something we can afford if we value life. We need to watch and be vigilante. The only thing that's going to get us through this is unity. Everyone's been leaving clues about themselves whenever they talk and any suspisions we get are because of waht they say. We all just have to look at the problem and see all the angles. Then we'll find the truth.
