Honestly, the thing that bothered me about the vote on Talya was that to me it looked like she was working alone and it looks like some of the people voting for her are teamed.  Maybe you're just independantly seeing something I'm not and maybe there's a mason team, I just wasn't sure enough to vote for her even after a reread.

 

Tigs, your questions are really making me wonder about your character.  It looks to me like you've ruled yourself out of most roles by what you're asking.

Okay, I am back.

 

The Cullen family has gone into hiding. With the recent death of their patriarch, the rest of the clan looked to Edward for guidance. But his leadership over the clan was shortlived as his body was found in the woods, drained and headless. Or actually, the head was up in a tree. He had ignored his own advice and had gone hunting alone, believing the threat to be gone.

 

Crusher (Cullen Finder) has been murdered.

 

It is now Day 5. With 7 players, it takes 4 to lynch. The deadline is 6/13 (Sunday) at 9:00 pm CST.

I started a reread and here's what jumped out at me.

 

Up until this point, Adella's post were just Day 1 random talking...she did ask if the game was base on both book and movie.

If we only have 24 hours, well, that's hardly any time at all, and since Danya has the most.. *shrug*

She just jumped on the person with the most votes. Nothing there.

I would vote for someone I saw suspicious, if I actually saw someone as suspicious.

 

Right before this post, 2 people voted for Wombat...makes me think she didn't want to vote for a teammate.

 

Or it's day 1 and I have no idea who is scum, and the mod is threatening things if we don't get a lynch. To me getting a lynch is easiest through whoever has the most votes, obviously.

 

Two more people had voted for Wombat by this time putting him in the lead with votes...even after this comment, she didn't vote Wombat.  Her and Wombat are bickering back and forth and Wombat even voted her...I think it was a ploy to hide their alignment.

 

Wombat has been kind of quick to point the FOS at anyone and everyone. BUT I saw him do that in another game recently and get lynched, flipping innocent. So I'm not sure what to think of it.

 

Tayla asked why everyone is suspicious of Wombat...Adella defends him in a round about way.

 

Alanna (Angela) has been modkilled. Kati (Ben) was modkilled earlier this round. Both were roleless innocents.

 

Angela and Ben were steady boyfriend and girlfriend in the books, I think this sentence tells us they were a lovers pair... The mod had already told us that Kati was modkilled, I don't see any other reason to bring it up. Just pointing this out, someone might make something of it..?

 

No lynch was achieved and we had a couple of modkills.  Was this trying to be a helpful townie or trying to create WIFOM?

 

Yes, but how the mod said that line, it makes me think that Ben would have died if he hadn't already. That's all I'm saying.

 

These last two posts caught me...she seems to be trying to sow confusion.

Talya had just voted for Wombat and gave reasoning behind it and Adella jumps in with this.  I know that it could possibly just be coincidence but it seems to me like she's just nervous about someone voting for a teammate again.

 

The wolves?? That makes NO SENSE TO ME! They are protectors! I can't believe that.

 

Aemon had just stated his win condition about all wolves and vampires having to die....

 

I think it would be similar to psycho and psychiatrist? It's a guess only.

 

Wombat had just been killed and showed werewolf and someone had a question about his role.  Again, she seems to distance herself with the "it's only a guess" remark just like the "just saying" remarks earlier.

Nice job building a case out of nothing Tigs. Honestly, you took every innocent statement I made and twisted it to look scummy. [glow=red,2,300]Tigs[/glow] For trying to make a FOS out of nothing.

Oh come on Adella, call that vote for what it is. OMGUS.  I noticed during my reread that more than myself thought you were defending Wombat...on more than one occasion.  Slip ups and hints are what we have to go on in this game.  Aemon flipped innocent and clearly stated that the wolves had to die for the town to win.  Wombat flipped wolf and you were defending him.  I think that those "innocent" statements are indictive of you role.

No, its indicative of the fact that I know in the books and movies the wolves existed to protect people from vampires.

I've read the books also...I know what the wolves are!  What I'm saying is that a confirmed townie said Werewolves have to go...I believe you are a werewolf, that's why my vote is on you.  Your vote is on me purely because mine is on you.

This is crazy, 18 pages to cover 3 days.  I know that I haven't been around either but where is everyone else?

 

I don't understand these win conditions, it seems a little like this

 

Werewolves:  You win when all vampires are gone

Vampires:  You win when all werewolves are gone

Town:  You win when you are the last ones standing

 

Before anyone asks, I have put this together from what everyone else has said and their reactions to what has been said about win conditions.  What I'm wondering is, is there even any bad vampires in the game (mafia)?  Or is it kinda like recruitless cults, verses the town?

 

I am gonna go with a vote on Talya because it does seem that she wants to just sit and point fingers.  It's a really weak case, I know, but it's basically all I've got.  I do think that this voting is a little too random.  What I mean is that if there is a mafia, maybe they are just "randomly organizing" their votes so that it leave everyone else confused.

If James was the SK then chances are Victoria and Laurent are not mafia as that would not be a big enough team...unless they have a recruit.  Does that mean that the Volturi are mafia?

 

It seems like there are, so far, at least 3 different win conditions.  What is going on?  Are the Cullens a cult or something?  The werewolves?  Are either faction good?  If either one is considered good then why would the town only win when both are destroyed?

 

I bolded the relevant bits that make me believe Tigs is neither Cullen, werewolf, nor town. Which pretty much leaves solo win or mafia.

I'm at L-1 now so I guess I will go ahead and reveal...I am Alice Cullen.  Every night I send in a name to see if they done anything that night.  Last night I sent Adella and it said she was standing over Edward Cullen with blood running out of her mouth.  I assumed that meant she was a wolf but it could mean rogue vampire.  I don't know which.

Seems to me you're struggling, and making up better lies after your first round of lying failed miserably.

Yes, for the record - there was no mafia team. The innocents were your standard innocents - didn't know anyone. They won when all threats to town were destroyed, including Vampire and Werewolf. Bella had to find Edward, which would have made her part of team Cullen. Renesmee had to find Jacob, which would have made her part of team Werewolf

 

The Cullens and Werewolves were 2 mason teams against each other. They pretty much had to eliminate all threats to town, including the other team.

 

Victoria and James had to find each other, and then they could have talked off-thread and really kicked this game off the ground.

 

No one found each other. So sad.

I had fun! ;D I think because a lot of us read the books, the win conditions really messed us up trying to figure out the set-up. Though if you think in reality, getting rid of Vamps and Werewolves is a good idea for humans LOL.

I don't know if Rose wants our opinions on that, but I never release the QT's for my games. I want my players to feel comfortable saying whatever they want to, including venting, which could end up being hurtful.

 

Reyn, were you recruited before or after I died? Just curious.
