I was thinking about lines written at the starting of Chapter 1 in most books.

The Wheel of time turns and ages come and go.Leaving memories that become legends.And legends fade into myths and even the myth is long forgotten before the age that give it birth comes again.In a age called the Third Age by some,an age long past, an age yet to come, the wind rose in ______________ . The wind was not a beginning. there are neither beginnings nor endings to the turning of the wheel of time but it was abeginning.

(sorry if there are some mistakes, I don't have the book with me)

The question that came in my mind is that why it was written it was a beginning when there are neither beginnings nor endings to the turning of the wheel of time.It means that it is a beginning of something.

I thought it could be the beginning of the end of time.

 

 

Another thought is of Rand/Moriden link.First question is why Moriden helped Rand. I think it was on the order of DO. Then in KoD when Semirhage comes to Rand in disguise of Tuon  and got caught. [Comments Removed: Spoilers are not allowed on this board].If at TG Rand Bows to DO then DO wins and world dies and it would the beginning of DO rule.

 

Another thought, could Rand and Moriden together had made the WoT in one of their past lives. So DO needs both of them to break it.
