I just met you, so I don't know if I need something to call you yet, but I'm leaning towards Orko. It has to sound at least sort of derived from your actual screenname. Except for Ireond's reylername, because Sir Alvin Thumb-biter doesn't really sound much like Ireond.

I personally never actually pronounce Ireond's name. I just glaze over it. So it could sound like Sir Alvin Thumb-biter.
