How long did it take you?

well I've been working on it for most of the year but ive only been doing and hour or two a week. The other day i just decided I had to finish it so i sat down for the whole day and just did that and got it out of the way.

Well it looks really good. I have thought about trying it sometime but have never been committed. Is is hard?

Um well if you havent done something like this before start with something not as big or complicated (people are so hard to do). But its hard to have been painting for hours and only have done the knee or hand. If you have afew things on the go though its good to swap between them so you dont get too bored. What do you paint in?

waters and some oils.

 

They turned out bad because I got bored though.

 

However my GF is REALLY GOOD at painting! I was going to ask her to paint me something one day.

I always do oils. Ive never got into water colours. I seem to make a mess of them. The thing with oils is that I've probably painted every part of him 3 times and just gone over it again to get it right. But its worth it in the end
