Have you tried taking Melatonin and valerian root?

Valerian? no. Have no clue what it is. Is it a plant or something? Melatonin, yes, some freaky a&^ dreams from those man. Can't really take those because they increase the RLS symptoms I have. I have some issues with sleep. With those, insomnea, slight terrors and a few others. Most can be listed under symptoms of apnea though, so I'm REALLY lookin forward to seein the doc.

Yhea Valerian root is just an herbal supplement suppose to relax and help one fall asleep- but sounds like falling asleep isn't really the problem.

I dunno man, sounds rough :(
