I'm not only new to DM but to all this Message Board thing in general. My interest in computers dates back to 94 with my first Mac(and all since), but bulletin boards and all that held no attraction for me. All those rampant unsupported(not mine :roll: ) opinions and flaming seemed a waste of time.

 

I'm an old pirate and pretty much in a crowd by myself, but i've noticed my Granddaughter lately with her MySpace fixation and decided it was time to do more than a little research and maybe discuss this story that i've come to admire so much.I discovered this community while doing said research and thought it a nice place to start. So here i sit...when not out being a professional gypsy, running the roads and listening to this story on the iPod.

 

If it seems as if i don't have a clue sometimes...i don't. Please bear with me

Welcome to DM. I just joined Monday, this is my first experience with a messageboard setup, too. Though been using computers since I was 5 (had a Tandy 1000, now that's the definition of speedy! :lol: ).

Now that you knuckle my head i "aquired" a Commodore 64 in the mid 80's, i just never learned to use it :oops: Apprentice buccaneer and all that.

 

Boy was that ever a pirate thread :shock: A hundred odd pages. The best pirates stay outta crowds..not enough bootay to go around
