In light of now having some posts to go over, I [glow=red,2,300]unvote[/glow] my random vote and I will be reading posts, and seing people's replies.

 

Mynd is suspicious as always, and Dsage threw me for a loop with his analytical skills and then a self vote  :o . Barm's revenge vote should be retracted because I retracted mine but who knows..., and Mn was active for at least an hour after she posted she was ready to get things started and she never contributed anything.

 

I will love to see more reactions, until then I can not firmly justify a vote in my mind, however their are several people that appear scummish.

Kivam, Quibby and Blig are all in the States and its a holiday weekend for them, also, it is the Sabbath for Kivam, so he won't be back before tomorrow anyways. No idea about Talya and JLM, but then, its not been 24 hours since the game started, sooo...

Actually not, think about it. If Barm's vote for me would have been a revenge vote, then he should have retracted his vote when I retracted mine. Also I have checked the who's online link and I have noticed some lurkers viewing the board. All seems very suspicious to me.

Nothing against them. I dislike not having a vote on anyone, and voting on inactive persons is much better than voting purely random day 1, I believe.

Those were my reasons, and my suspicion of Barmy still stands because if it was a revenge vote he should have retracted it. I think he was just looking for an innocent to justify a vote on.

 

Dsage you are an experienced player, and I figured your post was a joke, but answer me this, for what better way would a mafia member avoid suspicion then to jokingly put suspicion on themselves.

Well, since you're giving reasons, I'll bite.

 

It is in no way required or expected for a person to retract a revenge vote just because the party making the original vote retracted theirs. And since you're in no particular danger as of right now, and not everyone has even checked in yet and there's no serious information out there, I can't be bothered to retract my vote because quite simply put, I'm too lazy to. I'll change my vote when the game really starts and there's actual suspicions flying around this game.

 

As for the whole voting number 8 thing, that was a tradition of Loki's made popular by me back in the day, and since so many people buy into it now I refuse to vote for 8 based on the tradition anymore, since I've seen people die in the 8th spot for no other reason than the tradition, and its a terrible reason to lynch people.

 

Just thought I'd throw that out there for you number 8 people.
