LOL we actually have a board for that, if you look further down in the rp report board you will find the individual threads that should be being updated. Totally up to the ajah heads how they do reports but that's what the board is for over there. *winks*

My thread was moved from that very board for the reason stated by Elgee. :) Maybe post formally what the forum is for so that way there isn't a mix up? Because i'm confused now. :(

Wouldn't it be much less clutter for people to do their individual ones in the Ajah board board pertaining to that character, then the Head puts them all together for the RP Report at the RP Report board?

 

Having everyone post theirs at the report board, and then the Heads having to hunt through god know's how many people's for anything to do with their Ajah in order to make a report that goes in that exact same board, makes absolutely no sense to me.

Here's how we did it when I think Arette was DL. Each person had their own thread, this was more for personal record keeping, and the ajahs had one. Each ajah head posted a thread inside their board for the monthly ones, more like what Raeyn has where it's a sticky and peeps just update it every month if I remember right. After people updated their personal one, they pasted it into the ajah one and the ajah head posted the group one each month on the thread that the DL or ADL posted for everyone on that board. Though if I think back, I think the ajah thing all started when people weren't updating them the way they were supposed to and the DL wasn't able to look through things.

*thumbs up* Pretty much, fr the Ajah thing. We were all suppose to track our own but we stopped so the duty fell to the Ajah Heads.

Elgee has a point, though. Just because it's done traditionally doesn't mean it's working as well now that the duty has fallen to the Ajah Heads. I get why it would be easier to have separate RP threads updated in individual ajahs to be reported in a group per month.

LOL the only reason it fell to the ajah heads is that people weren't doing it, we have quite a few people doing it right now, so I think it would work again.
