This is just my two cents.  We've got a 15 person player roster.  The initial scene (if accurate) portrays a 4 man mafia team.  So if there were 2 teams, that would mean 8 players were mafia, which seems a bit much.  If they were 3 man teams, I could maybe buy it if not for the game theme.  The game theme is pretty polarized - Cops vs. Dirty Cops.  So the question then is what the third team's alignment would be... Dirty Cops Working For an Entirely Different Mafia?  The only third alignment I can see is serial killer.  Of course, DSage could have a better imagination than me.

 

Re: The possibility of a bomb.  That's a good point which I failed to consider, and it would make me rethink my night-kill theory and possibly even my vote on Liathiana if I hadn't found her to be guilty.  My numbers theories are merely for the sake of argument and to reinforce my finding with evidence from the thread, since my (cop) sanity hasn't been proved yet.

Problem with the bomb theory is that since both peacesells and Danya were iinocent one of the three cops would have almost have had to have been either an innocent crazy or innocent paranoid cop or an innocent cop that was sane but killed without viewing his target. Since I agree with Mynd that there is little possibility that there is more then one crazy or paranoid cop in the game (and I really doubt that Mynd, Lia and Hybrid are all lying), the only other possibility is that MCS was a bomb. Now while this is more possible then having the vigilante be crazy or paranoid I doubt that Dsage would have arranged a game of 15 players where 4 are Mafia (and can kill a cop a night) have a vigilante and a Mafia member that is a bomb. It just seems that the game would be too tilted towards the Mafia. Now its possible but is it probable? Which brings about another question would not the person who brought up the bomb theory be a SK attempting to hide? Now I am not enchanted with the theory I just proposed so if someone can suggest why my reasoning is flawed I will be more then happy to retract it.

A scenerio slightly more possible then a bomb would I think be if MCS was a sibling (or is it lover?) with one of the other two who were killed (since peacesells refused to vote for MCS I think it more likely it was him). This like the bomb scenerio would still leave us without any clue about the Other and More Other alignments but it I think is slightly more probable.

I have been reading through the thread abit, and im seriously starting to consider Hybrid being an "opposite" finder.

 

I am not too sure about Lith being scum. Im pretty sure she is not a vig, but not 100%

And: She is taking this way too cool.. If I was scum, Id be trying so hard to get myself out of a lynch, I would never shut up. Just attacking mynd or something. Someone that might have gotten the votes instead of me... I for some reason have started to belive she is not mafia. 

 

I cant make any case against Catina though. I cant find much scumminess from analyzing, as many other are so good at. If someone can do us a favour and work on it, that would be great. (Id do it if I was capable)...

The other part, if someone is up for a challenge, is what kind of defending, attacking etc have there been between MCS and the 2 in question here? Can we learn anything from it?

 

Im not saying to switch your votes guys. I just think its a good idea to be certain before we lynch. Cause if 2 innocents die again tonight, without us getting any scum or SK  on the lynch or vig, this is starting to look very grim....

Careful DJ, this is the path that I went down with Talya on Day 2.  The lynch on MCS was way to easy for my taste, but if the phase had ended when the lynch was clinched, we would have got him.  With all this time to think about it, I still wonder if we are lynching the right person; however, we have two Mafia already dead so there are at most two more, possibly only one more to go after.

 

As far as Lia defending herself, I take her first post as a very frantic all over the place defense.  If I were truly the vigilante player, it would have been in my first sentence.  I don't buy her claim.  It took her more than 24 hours to come up with that reveal, almost as if someone told her to say that. 

 

Even if Lia turns up innocent, at this point I believe she's the right person to stick with.  Her coroner report will tell us a lot of things, namely the reliability of Hybrid and his viewings.

You do have a point. Im still not sure though, but I hope you guys are right. I do for some reason tryst Hybrid though, so Ill say IF Lith is innocent, we are pretty much certain Catina is a bad wolf.

 

And Im not trying to shift votes at all.. just saying it doesnt hurt to be more certain. At the moment i kind of see it 50/50 between them. Then again, like I said, I do not belive she is a vig. And that to me makes her a lying liar, wich again is a lynchable offence, even if you are town.

I gave you my reasons. This is the first time I've played a vigilante and I, for one, don't like taking out innocents if I can help it. It could be the difference between winning and losing a game and I'd rather not have to account for taking out innocents at the end of the game when I could use finding to discover what type of Cop I am, and then investigate to find and take out Mafia.

 

And I"m not going to claim a nightkill  as some sort of "defense" or "proof" of me being a vigilante. The one(s) who actually performed the nightkills would know I was lying and *if* they were innocent, would just be convinced of my guilt. Why would I want to do something stupid like that? The Mafia already know I'm innocent so either way it wouldn't work out.

 

If I had finder's ballot I could have showed you how I am a crazy cop but that didn't seem as important at the time.

He is pushing way too hard for my lynch, even coming up with a big long post attacking my "defense" when the lynch is clinched and everyone has been saying they won't change their votes. Why?

 

He is also claiming to be exactly what I am, an Insane Cop Vigilante.

 

Maybe all but one of the innocent cops is Insane? That would make things difficult but interesting. It'd be kind of like just having one cop in a game. Or perhaps there are two of each kind...two insane, two naive, two normal, etc.

Oh and, I said I could only get on certain times a day, not that I couldn't get on each day.

 

Also! I am not a good player :P I tend to seem Mafia no matter how I play, I don't think I've survived an entire game yet...but I could have forgotten about one.
