Modding Experience: Oy...numerous games at SG, a Mafia game here, and mafia games elsewhere. I've also played in many--though my playing time has been abruptly short of late. >.< Can't kill me if I mod though! :D

 

Note: For main mafia I'll be using the alts.

Note2: I can't do any in July, as I'll be on maternity leave. :D

that depends on you. we are still relatively new in wes' game, but some people will be itching to get started. just don't let the sign ups go stale if you do.

I'd like to mod a mafia game that would involve the "double blind" accounts.

 

Game: Mafia

Name: Death Note!

Modding experience: I modded a mafia game in the aiel once awhile ago, I also play them a lot^^

 

Game description: I'll describe this game because it'll work a little differently then the others.

 

In Death Note (a popular manga) a person may write in the Death Note a persons name while thinking of that person and within 40 seconds that person will die. In the manga a detective by the alias of "L" attempts to track down the Death Note user "Light Yagumi" who is trying to purge the world of bad people by killing them off (a very illegal thing to do). At a middle point in the manga Light Yagumi and Misa Misa (who also has and uses a death note) join the detective team working for L and L tries to prove Light is the Kira (the public name of the death note user) the events are going to be based off this. But the function to the form, or basically the gimic of this game, is that for the mafia to kill a player they *will have to know the name of that player*.

 

I.e. they would have to know that Alys is playing as Graendal and in their pm tell me they believe alys is greandal and they kill her. if wrong, no kill and if right their is a kill!

 

There will be a few exceptions of course but those will be known by the players with those roles & the mafia will also not know who each other are with a few exceptions.

 

The roles will be:

Finder= L, Mello and Near (depending on how many players play, and different ones will have different abilities)

Healer= Watari (standard healer)

Mafia= Light Yagumi, Misa Amane, Teru Mikami, Ryuk, & Rem pending on how many players sign up (I would prefer 20 people total with 5 evils)

Each of the above will have special abilities depending upon which role they receive

 

There may or may not be other roles

 

Also, if I was to do this how long till my game would come up you think cuz it would help to have a heads up

vem, i'll add you later, but to answer... at 2 weeks per game back to back to back, it's like 18 weeks... yeah. i think we need to take a short break from full game sign ups for a bit, but i'll look again when i have more time. i shouldn't even be here now. *sigh*
