DM's new Ask the Staff Forum

The purpose of this board is to have a place for members to ask any questions that come to mind concerning the site and the message board community.  Before asking your question, please take a moment to search this board and the stickied FAQ (coming soon) to see if you question has already been answered.  Once you have started a thread with your question, a member of the Dragonmount Staff team will be by to answer your question. 

 

This forum also represents a place for members to post ideas on how to improve the site or community.  Please do not be hesitant if you believe you have an idea that will better the site.  You ideas will be discussed within the Staff and we will get back to you with updates on how we are implementing your idea.  If we are unable to implement your idea, we will reply to let you know the reason.  Ideas that are implemented that come from this board will be stickied at the top so the contributor receives recognition for their idea.

 

This forum should serve as an open door to the Staff at Dragonmount.  To ensure the Staff promptly answers any questions or ideas posted, we would appreciate if you did not spam this board.  Also please allow the Staff to answer the questions.  If you do not feel as if you have been given a satisfactory answer to a question, please follow up so we can better serve you.
