I believe Sky have said that they will air the new episodes one week after the US, so it isn't a long wait. Also, the DVD company will release the DVD for the half-season (irritatingly and inaccurately calling it 'Season 5' for some reason) ASAP after the last episode airs, probably in April-June 2009.
