Ok, the guy I got this from said that you should only take like a teaspoon at a time, but I was thinking of putting just enough water to make it pastey and then spreading it on bread...If you do that and put on this pirate hat you should see Ninjas, but be warned, they'll be trying to kill you. Ok, first, I'm replacing Cannibal-corpse, Danya will be around to make this official later, but she had to run to work.

 

Second: Regarding number 8, a little Mafia History for you all.

 

Loki started voting for number 8 some time back in every mafia game, his day 1 vote. And in games when Loki wasn't playing, I kept up the trend for him. This movement quickly picked up speed and suddenly everyone was voting number 8 on day one... except me, just to go against the flow. One must admire Loki's dedication, as in one newbie game he lynched himself for being number 8. The only catch? He was mafia, and left his newbie partner stranded.

 

Now, on to the game...

 

Everyone so far has played a fairly clean game. Verbal was suspicous after his weekend post, and there were a few other minor things, but nobody's really stood out so far...

 

Except Mynd.

 

Be prepared Mynd, have an ambulance, because I am going to rip you apart.

 

Lets start with Day 1.

 

Ok, the only thing here thats Really suspicious is that Mynd promptly started suggesting a No Lynch. Mafia tell anyone? The only benefit that a No Lynch EVER has on day 1 is to keep the mafia hidden, and keep everyone floundering around for for any straws to grasp at. McCarthyism Mafia is the only exception to this. Ask Kivam why.

 

Next is Mynds conviction that anyone who looks at him crosswise IS mafia, no ifs ands or buts. To meta-game a bit, I know this is Mynds usual tactic, and I know that its a terrible tactic that fails in every game, and tends to make Mynd the mafia team's best friend. If he'd only been a symp in one of them. But nevertheless, this is a mafia-ish style of gameplay to me.

 

Day 2. Oh my god. I could be weeks getting through this. But I'm going to try to keep it to this one post.

 

Mynd starts the day by revealing as Finder. An interesting tactic if he's mafia, and a good move if he's innocent and actually found a guilty person.

The problems:

 

Mynd has been suspect from the start, but he's so far managed to avoid being lynched, and wasn't particularly at risk at that point, in fact, he'd starting to clear himself a bit. Though the Loki nightkill didn't help help his case after he went after him so much. The JLM attacks, and then "finding" JLM, well, it seems logical that Mynd would view Loki or JLM, as he was most suspicious of them at the time. That actually is within reason, and doesn't hurt his case at all.

And then Goldy Claimed. And Mynd did... nothing. He continued to go after JLM. I don't think this was a mafiaish move. I think this was just plain stupidity. You NEVER leave another Finder claim uncontested. Mynd should have dropped the JLM vote on the instant and attacked Goldy so hard and fast that Goldy would be left trying to find his bearings for a week.

 

So now we've got a finder claim thats unprovoked if JLM is innocent, and a counter claim thats uncontested. What more can go wrong? Well, what if JLM is in fact innocent? Guess what. She is. So how does Mynd get himself out of this mess? Well, in another game, he might claim paranoid or crazy cop or one of the many variations that are out there. Except that he's forgetting one key detail. This is newbie mafia, stock roles only. And you know what that means? There are no funny finder's in this game. This is something that EVERYBODY KNOW'S. It is one of the fundamental points of Newbie mafia. Trust me, newbie mafia was my idea to start with, it only exists on DM because of me.

 

So now Mynd is left high and dry, with nothing left to him. Frankly Goldy, don't waste your finding on Mynd. Use it on somebody else, anybody else, I don't care who, Mynd is just going to be a waste of a viewing, since he won't last til nightfall anyways.

 

So yea, just as soon as Danya starts day, you all know where my vote is going.

 

And everybody, you were right to lynch JLM instead of Mynd, and for that I applaud you. Its just unfortunate that you had to lynch her first, to get to Mynd.

Why replace CC you ask? Well, i'll tell you why. This is a newbie mafia. (not so much anymore but no matter ::)) In a game as small as this I felt it was impossible to Modkill someone because we're too low on people. It would cut the game even shorter than it already is. Also, I dont think a certain degree of activity is too much to ask. Post once a day if thats all you wanna participate, but it's not enough to post once ever 72 hours. Sorry guys, I might be harsh about it but I could be worse. Sorry for any inconveniances! And before anyone claims different, I DID give fair warning.

I guess Goldy, as the only one to defend JenLenaMom, is innocent.  El Nyn actually changed her vote, which makes her either a clueless viking, or - given that she changed her vote to a mafia-aiding one - a bloodthirsty mafiosa, trying to avoid looking like one.  I'd be interested to know if anyone's investigated her.

 

And Johnny was just AFK or something.  Everyone else... *le shrug*

The night bring many troubles to the minds of the villagers. One is replaced, but it turns out he's just trying to actually make a living. When he returns, he smoothely takes back his former place. Courtesy of the Gods above  ;D hm anyways. The nights move along, with some shocking revelations. The villagers are too busy exchanging rumors than notice the dark figure lurking around the village. The day dawns, and more people shout out their opinions. Suddenly its dead silent. They turn around and notice something just beyond the village boarder. They move over and sadly notices the mangled body of El'Nyn. At least they think its El'Nyn. She was still wearing her lovely Blue dress.

 

Night has ended, CC has replaced Barmacral, Everything is not good in the village.

He's too good for a neck-tie party, we need to chop him up into little peices and throw him to the pet shark!!

 

Oh, and in my hallucinations last night I saw that one of you is innocent.
