Where does she say she won't have to give up control of a circle if she uses the True Power?

She doesn't say it.  It's a logical conclusion that follows from the nature of TP.

If there's no difference in the Power that a woman wields from that which a man wields, there is no need for any mixed circle.  A woman can do exactly the same things with TP that a man can do with TP.  Mieren would always be in the position to be the leader and not a follower.

Being in control.  Being the one with the most power.  Those would turn her crank.

Heres another thought with regard to the link.

When Semi blows Rands hand off, Rands eyes are all damaged as well. Rand starts seeing black flecks, and THEN Nynaeve says to Rand "Theres something wrong with your eyes."

That seemed abit strange to me. If Rands eyes were damaged, why would Nynaeve notice? Its not as if Rands eyes were melted, or VISABLY damaged, otherwise other people would have noticed that as well as the hand missing. So why did Nynaeve-notice something wrong with Rands eyes.

I always thought that Nynaeve saw the black flecks on Rands eyes, because she only mentions it that one time, when Rand saw them, and that would mean they were the Sa'a. Nynaeve wouldnt have said anything about his eyes otherwise, and other people would notice something about them as well. After she makes that comment she Delves him, and notices his eyes are damaged, true. But the black flecks I do think were the sa'a, which flowed across Rands eyes as they would have Moridins, and considering Moridin has been using the True Power even more since the Sa'a were last mentioned, they would be worse than just one fleck passing along every once in a while. Just a thought.

Rand did  not get any bloody Saa!

A fireball exploded just decimeters from his eyes, which resulted in a sudden burst of bright light. Go stare into a lightbulb for a while, and you will see a weaker version of what Rand experiences. The fieball damaged his eyes so he is sensitive to light. Which we see further evidence of later when he thinks to himself that everything appears much brighter than it should.

How Nynaeve could notice something was wrong? The same way any Aes Sedai skilled at Healing can discover injuries not visible for the eye, she Delved him.

But she noticed something was wrong, and THEN delved him. Just seems abit odd to me

Dreadlord, I believe you're wrong on this one. Nynaeve delves him in attempt to heal his hand and then senses that something is wrong with Rand's eyes. There's nothing like Sa'a going on bro

Fair enough. I'll read it again

Lol, this was one of those things that was oft suggested in the past--much like the 'Olver is Gaidal Cain' thing. A not unreasonable suggestion, but yes, proven wrong--poor oldsters like me and Maj though, we've encountered it a few too many times, hence the accerberity. Let's all try not to let it get us down.
