When Perrin first chased Slayer in the Wolf Dream, does anyone think Slayer actually entered the Tower Of Genjhi, or did he just duck behind it and phase out of the dream.

If his powers as the Shadow's assassin allow him to enter, and leave, voluntarily, that could answer the question of who actually killed Lanfear.

Well I had always thought he entered, Birgette was there right and she warned him about it.  A thin reason to be sure, but there was no reason to beleive that he just pahsed out.  As for killing Lanfear, hmmm while not impossible, i find that very unlikely. sure he chafes at at having to do the Chosen's biding's, but that does not mean he has the nerve to Kill Lanfear.

But very nice thinking!!

I very much doubt Slayer entered the Tower.  Most likely he just lured Perrin there in the hope of using it as a trap for Perrin.  There wasn't any reason for Slayer to have been leading Perrin on the way he was otherwise.  He could have eluded Perrin at any point by simply deciding to go somewhere else out of range of Perrin's view.

I'm not sure...

Brigitte explained to Perrin that the tower was evil in a different way than the Shadow, and I assumed she meant like Shador Logoth. Thus I also assumed that the two would be hostile to each other, and so Slayer would want to avoid going into it (unless he had some power in it to keep him safe).

I always just thought that Slayer lured him there hoping that his curiosity would drive Perrin to enter it.

I find it extremely unlikely that he entered.

As mentioned, the Finns are not exactly fond of the Shadow, and Slayer is a tad more connected than your average DF.

And why the heck would he let Perrin know that he also had some connection to the Finns, if that was the case? Trying to lure Perrin there in the hope that Perrin would figure out how to get inside would be a very foolish thing to do if Slayer actually did have the ability to come and go as he wished. We do not know if the procedure for getting in is the same in T'A'R as it is in the real world, but if it is, there is no way Perrin could have figured it out.
