I'm either the actual cop or naive, and that means I'm not voting yet.

 

On the plus side (for me), unless loki was the cop, one of you might be.  What have you guys got for us?

 

(I thought Alys had investigated herself when she said she could eliminate two; a guilty on herself would leave her as paranoid or crazy)

Personally, the way I see it is simple though. Alys hit on a guilty, and the only option for it to not be a deterrent would be to get rid of the one who already said they had found a guilty. That's my theory anyhow. I'd be pretty scared too if after the first night I was called out guilty and I was.

Hey, I like naive, that would be fun to have, it really would be. And I'm sorry, but I didn't jump on you in the least, just pointed out that you carried a little too much to attempt to bring attention away from yourself. Just my opinion.

That settles it.  You are innocent (if you were guilty you would have ended it quickly).

 

So, here's my last ditch attempt to convince you:

 

1) Killing Alys put suspicion on me.  Not what I would want, but what Kryos would.

 

2) Its especially useful since Alys had a guilty finder result on me.  Leave her alive, and odds were she'd reveal herself as not the real finder (which Kryos would know, since he was guilty, that she had to be either paranoid or crazy).  The only way she wouldn't come up with a second guilty is if she viewed Kryos - which would leave us with a 50-50 shot and her as the deciding vote, trying to choose whether she was paranoid or actual.  Not ideal for Kryos, who would want the chance to end the game if either you or me aimed at each other quickly.

 

If I were the actual murderer, I'd have left Alys alive since there would be two possibilities for her guilty verdict on me - actual finder and paranoid finder.  If she were paranoid, she'd get a guilty on whoever she investigated night 2 (clearing me), while if she were the real finder she'd get an innocent, and I'd pass her off as the crazy finder (i.e. I'm innocent, the one with the innocent view is guilty).  Either one would be less risky for me than killing her.

 

3) Kryos' viewings are too easy - he names Loki (bad luck, his first view is useless because he was killed night one) and DSage (build credibility by telling the third guy something he knows is true).

Of course.  My viewings were on myself (no help to anyone else there, but it let me narrow down possibilities for myself) and alys (since her "I can narrow down by two" comment made no sense) (sorry alys, but you counted "I'm not the serial killer" among your two??  That wasn't a viewing result! that was in your original PM) - neither of which is helpful in determining the validity of my results.  But like I said - I wouldn't have killed alys if I were guilty.

 

At this point, DSage, you have all the info you're going to get.  Trust your gut and make a choice.  This is supposed to be super-fast mafia! If this game drags on any longer, I might just switch my vote to you just so Kryos can end it already  ;D

Prepared?  You sound like my old high school science teacher.  He docked me 10 points from a bio report in 9th grade because he thought I was going to the thesaurus to find large vocabulary words to impress him.  My mom laughed at him when he explained himself (I don't think he ever forgave me for that); I didn't need to go to the thesaurus, that's just my vocabulary.

 

I'll take it as a compliment, though.  None of this was prepared . . . jthis is ust how it comes out of my head as I'm analyzing events as they happen.

 

Of course, my talkativeness probably makes me look guilty.  But ask anyone who knows me - given the choice between losing and shutting up, I'll take losing every time  :D

I personally would of revealed after night 1, as it would of forced the scum to lie twice, but you managed it anyway.

and yes, the game had to be rigged! it didn't even occur to me to view myself the first night with kivy in the game. after the day started, i wanted to kick myself for not thinking of it. my second view was me too, so it wasn't only the living. :(

 

oh, well, at least i gave a nice laugh at reading the investigation results. that's got to be some kind of record.
