Ummm thats nit picky.  So he was born between second Sunday of March and first Sunday in November if we are talking EDT.  Bastard....

 

That would elminated Buscemi as he was born in December.

The question asked if he was born in a specific timezone, a geographical location on a map.  Daylight Savings is a time of year in the US which affects all time zones. The Eastern Standard Timezone is geographically unchanged during Daylight Savings Time.  So if he was born east of the line that seperates the US Central Timezone from the US Eastern Timezone, the answer should be yes.  If he was born west of that line, the answer should be no, regardless of what time of year.

Look, if you had asked if he was born in the Eastern Timezone, there wouldn't have been any question of how I would answer it. But the question was phrased in such a way that it could be interpreted as a question about either location and/or time of year. There IS a difference between EST zone and EDT zone, particularly if you consider states like Indiana that do not participate in daylight savings time.

 

Personally, I don't know why anyone is complaining about this. Not only do you now know which part of the country he was born in, you have eliminated half of the possibilities cuz they were born in the winter.
