I seriously don't understand what went wrong.  A few things I find interesting that maybe you could enlighten me on.

 

1)Dark Justice says "Reread & Reread.  Comes up with the same..."

At first I took this to mean that he has been rereading the entire topic and still finds me most suspicious.  I no longer know what he meant by this.

 

2)Vemy says he didn't want to vote me and make me go into hiding. (to my understandment)

This doesn't make sense to me at all.

Hmm, after a night's sleep (RL) it doesn't seem any clearer as to who to vote for.  I've decided to definitely go on instinct, although it's difficult to tell who's been laying low and who's been busy in RL - as always, I would imagine.  I'll post my vote later on today.

I am sure the analysis will be rather interesting to see, and the question to assume though would any deceptions lie in that analysis? I guess once it arrives, we'll find out won't we. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing Vemy's insights into the realm of the side thought.

is there really much to get on a first day analysis?  i mean, if you guys are able to find something, by all means have at it, but my experience is that at best, information from day 1 only sort of comes to light after a lynch and a nightkill.  patterns start to emerge once we've got some voting to go on.  before that, it's all smoke in the wind.

 

that's just my take though; i run more on gut than analysis in most cases.  i'm interested to see this rundown of vem's anyway; i'll wait for that.

Dude! That's what I've been saying all along, just not as well. Vemy keeps talking in this modly voice about analysis but I don't see it.  :-\

Reasons for me voting Dsage. For me, no one stands out as really suspitious. I have a couple of people I watch closer than others, based on general feeling Ive got, based on posting patterns & what they have posted. Cant really explain well. Dsage is at the moment the one I keep my eyes on. Therefore the vote.

Alive players:

Kryos- Kryos explains himself for being late and votes for me in his first post. Loreina questions his reasoning and Kryos questions loreina for defending me and explains that its his gut instinct and he feels justified in it. Says he will begin watching Loreina a lot more closely. Again says he's suspicious of Loreina as she won't leave him alone. Kryos explains this is like the opposite of chess, and that he plans to keep his vote on me. Doubts we will get an evil the first day, questions where the dude was. a post just telling us where he's gonna be. Says he can't wait to see my review, but wonders whether he can trust it. in sum: Kryos suspects I'm evil and he's also not showing any signs of newbie mistakes as an evil or experienced mistakes as an evil. For now, me thinking he's innocent

 

Dark Justice- Dark explains the reason he was away as being off on vacation (which we had assumed). spam 2. 4th posts he enters and votes for Dsage saying that every time he rereads the thread Dsage is the one who seems evil. Dark comments on my agreeing with him. Dark explains that while no one is standing out as truly suspicious, Dsage is still being more suspicious then others and that there are a couple other people he's watching. in sum: Dark Joins and then a bit after votes for Dsage and says he's also watching a couple others but nothing too seriously, just Dsage is his most serious. Nothing suspicious here, but since he's only made the 4 posts not much information either (as the dude correctly said, their likely wouldn't be)

 

Vemynal-i thought an experienced player might be evil, for now I think otherwise. I currently think Dsage is evil. I leave it to someone else to review me.

 

Naeann- an entrance post and 2 spam posts saying that Nae's here. A post telling me to "make up your damn mind". all in all nae's only made 4 posts, which is slightly fewer then usual for her. So far I'm not necessarily suspicious, but interested to why nae's been inactive compared to usual. Has yet to vote anyone.

 

Amethea- The first poster of the game! /cheers amethea^^. Mentions its good to find out what the assassin and symp role do and that shes happy its a coroner game. explains she's waiting till everyone posts before voting. once everyone has posted she says shes gonna reread the thread a couple times. then says that after sleeping and rereading nothing makes sense yet and that she's goign to have to go with her gut. explains she's looking for people laying low (which explains her vote for nae later on). and next she votes for Nae. in sum: nothing out of the ordinary, amethea has always been one to take her time and be patient when observing details in the game. I'm a little weirded out by her comments on the assassin and symp and the coroner report though, it just gave me a little bit of a weird feeling about her, but over all nothing that strange.

 

Leelou- leelou starts off having already been voted for by damane, says shes not gonna be mean and vote damane since not everyone is here yet. a post asking if we can begin since the dude is here. A post that i don't ever shut up^^. Thats it, only those 3 posts. Thats *slightly* less then leelou would normally post, but by like 1 post maybe. I don't see anything that would make me too suspicious.

 

Cloudcrono- posts in his entrance post that he's happy that their will be role reveal on death. Says he agrees with me on my experienced player theory. Thats his only post, which is a *LOT* less then normal, like extremely less. Cloud you ok? school start for you? get hurt?  ???  Kinda worried almost cause in suras game he was pretty active if I remember right. With only the 1 post thats nothing to go on, cloud is obviously still on my list of suspects, but the lack of posting is so extreme its either super suspicious or not at all and I can't decide =/

 

Dsage- Entrance post and agrees with damane's joke. and I quote:

Sorry but that was flat out weird for me, it could have just been fun and games, but it was just so..blatant. It really I think is what made me stick on you Dsage. 2 spam posts. Says he thought the assassin role would be like that, then says thx for it being a coroners game, which kinda builds on my suspicions a bit, but not much. After Dark votes for him he just kinda brushes off the vote with a "who cares" comment while both me and him are slightly suspicious. I put my vote on him and tell him to actually explain himself. Dsage *still* refuses to explain himself. I then ask him if maybe he doesn't know what were are suspicious of and he still only responds with his own questions, which i'll now answer:

while I can't speak for Dark, I think you've hit the nail on the head. He's rereading the thread and finding you suspicious. now my question, what does this question actually prove? your trying to make it seem like your confused about something that pretty blatant, and that seems pretty suspicious to me.

This doesn't make sense to me at all.

So let me clarify, I didn't want to vote you because I thought if I did you'd stop posting, I was afraid we wouldn't get any more evidence on you. after Dark voted you i came out and said that I agreed with him and your the one i was curious about to add some weight to his vote without actually voting to prevent a band wagon (which btw, to everyone reading this. I must say your the best group at not bandwagoning i've seen yet! usually even in experienced player games once someone gets 2 or 3 votes they get like 3 or 4 bandwagon votes. i haven't seen any of that! good job^^). When you refused to answer afterwards I added my vote because i felt that even if bandwagoned, you were my best candidate for evil. hopefully that answers your questions, care to finally explain why you've been so lacking in answers to our own? because at this poit I don't see me taking my vote off you for less then a confession (and if we get one it would still likely just be the symp and then we would definantly know your evil and the assassin could kill you tonight^^)

in sum: I  think he's the murderer, i don't see nothing taking my vote off him.

 

The Dude- The dude is the last to join us, but as he told us when he'd be here there nothing to worry about^^. I vote for him to see his response. his next post basically says he didn't miss the "killed the dude" day 1 tradition and that I'm the most active player. Another reason i think Dsage is possibly evil is because his response to Dark's vote is almost an exact copy of the dude's response to my vote. me and him spam a bit and he says he's gonna sit back and watch people for a bit. says it should be 7 to lynch since thats a majority. thx me for unvoting. Questions what we can find with an analysis of just day 1 facts. Says he's gonna wait to vote till after my review. and then a couple posts saying he's in his shed atm. In sum: well I unvoted him for a reason right? I for the time think he's innocent, and I also like him way to much to lynch him on just a hunch XD. plz don't be evil, your a lot of fun ^^

 

Raena- In her first post answers my question about the symp. says she doesn't know what the assassin does. thx talya for clarifying the assassins role. Raena posts doubting the idea of an experienced player *for sure* being evil (its good reasoning, top of page 8). posts that shes interested to know why I'm voting Dsage. In sum: yeah, unvoted her because of not everyone being here yet but I didn't put it back on her did I? i think for now raena is innocent. I'm also really happy I get to play a murderer game with my Aiel mentor and don't wanna have her die off so early XD

 

Xefan- makes a funny entrance post. says knowing role on death would help. his 3rd post explains why he hasn't been around much. hasn't voted for anyone or found anyone suspicious. not much to go off of since hasn't posted. in sum: more information required

 

Loreina- Loreina starts off as if shes having lots of fun^^. doubts that its an experienced player for the fact of just being experienced. questions Kryos' reasons for voting me. calls me twisted >.> (well...its the truth I guess... /sighs) says she doesn't want to pick a name at random (smart, i like this one^^), then says she'll probably vote for whoever is inactive just to get rid of them (bad, inactive doesn't mean evil. And if someone is super inactive and never plays the mod can mod-kill them. if the mod threatens this thats the only time to kill someone just for being inactive because you only lose 1 person instead of 2). then she says that it is strange of Dsage to be so happy that its a coroner game and comments about Dsage knowing if he kills a roled innocent. jokingly questions Dark. Comments its odd Damane picking leelou at random and never taking the vote off even though she said she's no longer suspicious. doesn't like that day 1 is a guess. asks how many votes for a lynch. says she's participating when kryos questions her questioning people. says she won't be around much today due to RL. agrees with the dude about voting with you instinct because "vemy keeps talking in this modly voice about analysis but I don't see it" (hey >.>, day 1 still. I'm working with what i've got here...). In sum: hmm looks slightly more suspicious then some, but not by a whole lot. She didn't want to random kill but also proposed killing an inactive, was that just a new player mistake or did she propose the one after the other to make it seem less evil? definantly not enough at this time for me to take my vote off of Dsage.

 

Damane- makes a joking entrance post^^. 1 spam. Says she doesn't like voting but votes for leelou off the bat. apologizes to leelou but never takes the vote off after leelou responds. then 3 more spam posts. in sum: not that suspicious, a little odd about leelou but maybe Damane is content with keeping her vote on leelou. usually one would try to sway opinion after being convinced but maybe since shes knew shes just content to let the game play itself out. Because she seems so content with things I'd say proabbly not evil, but still kinda suspicious.

So there you have it! my review coving the first 10 pages of the game, this thing took me from 10am to 2pm to finish so i expect hugs from everybody who isn't evil :P

Good job with the analysis, Vemy. I've just got one thing I'd like to ask - is it the fact that DSage wants there to be a coroner finder that made you suspicious of him, or the way that he posted it?

you'll notice if you look back o around then I had made my own post asking for talya to have it be a coroner

Yes, I did notice that, and many others did as well, and many - including me - are happy that there is a coroner finder. That's why I asked.  ;)
