Because some of our music discussion threads didn't copy over, I am restarting some of the threads again. Therefore, feel free to repost what you posted last time, or change it slightly.

Ok...while I was looking at one of the threads on the Archers' boards on our off board site, it got me thinking about our favourite songs to hum and whistle along with when we hear them on the radio or CD player.

So, what are your favourite songs to hum and whistle along to?

One of my current favourites is Love Generation by Bob Sinclar.

The best whistling song for me will always be the theme song from the movie "Bridge Over the River Kwai". It even beats out the "Whistle While You Work" song from Cinderella.

Whenever I listen to any music from the film Gladiator or the group Rondo Veneziano, you can be pretty sure I'll be tapping away to the beat or humming along to the tune. ;D

TY, Tay and Corki! I'm not much of a whistler, but I hum and sing a lot. Usually just whatever I heard last, until I get tired of it or I hear something else. I have to be careful, 'cause it can be very annoying to the people around me. I agree the Gladiator music is very hummable, and I do the Pirates theme too.

Some of my favorites to sing/hum:

"Time to Go" Andrea Boccelli *sighs*

The theme from "Sleeping Beauty" - "Once Upon a Dream"

All of the songs from the movie "Quest for Camelot" especially "the Prayer".

*laughs* I just noticed most of these are from kids movies, but for the longest time the only movies I watched were the ones my kids were watching. And they watched them over and over and over...I was brainwashed! ;D
