I don’t think you are scum. Therefore it’s Lenlo and Aquilla, by my guess. I suppose they both don’t have to be scum, but I feel like it would be better for them to pair off as buddies than both face townies. We’d be extremely lucky to have eliminated both a goon and the symp. Or both goons to keep the symp, or whatever possible combo. The easier conclusion is that they are the two scum, and paired off to force D3.
